StarRez is very user friendly and provides great customer service to clients, pretty much 24/7. The web platform is great for on the go usage and is easily integrated with your organizations internal security. Report building is the most difficult on the platform but fairly intuitive the more you are able to practice. There are a number of additional features that can be purchased for additional costs so you really need to focus on your goals before allocation of additional funds for features. Star Rez has 2 user facing portals which have very different features. Really, they should be phasing one out and just focusing energy on the other vs having a more difficult one for low costs, forcing users to pay for the one that has better features and is easier to use.
