StarHunt started with a frustration, why are we so dependent on LinkedIn when it comes to hiring good Software / AI Engineers? GitHub gives us access to unreal signals, but it is notoriously not recruitment-friendly. So all of this turned into StarHunt's obsession : Use all this data to find the right people Remove all the friction to go from a job that needs to be filled to candidates you are contacting in a few seconds. What that means if you are a technical founder or hiring manager: You can finally reach out to relevant people in a couple of seconds, without competing with 1000 recruiters, then go back to building. What that means if your are a technical recruiter: You can find insane profiles that have always been overlooked by your boolean searches and get them into your pipeline immediately.
