**What do you like best about Chatstack?**

I like this program because it is an alternative to waiting forever on a phone line. The response time is immediate; that makes is convenient and relives the stress of waiting.

**What do you dislike about Chatstack?**

When AI answers it can miss a few things like writer's intent. That is an AI problem in general though. That being said it is more helpful than an automated phone system.

**What problems is Chatstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The solution is customer satisfaction. We get quicker answers instead of waiting for hours to get a response. This can decrease customer complaint percentage.

**What do you like best about Chatstack?**

How easy it is to install and use. It is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Basically, you don't need training for using it.

**What do you dislike about Chatstack?**

Needs a major revamp on visuals. This is a quintessence example of function over form, which is not bad, but a revamp is definitely due.

**What problems is Chatstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication among teams and CX assistance.

Allows you to get help without using the phone or having to wait 

**What do you dislike about Chatstack?**

May not be available if different time zone - therefore, at the whim of synched zones

**Recommendations to others considering Chatstack:**

More "dragging" options to allow to minimize and hear noise when there is an answer waiting

**What problems is Chatstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Answering questions with live help with ability to use keyboard and keep working at the same time
