**What do you like best about Starbridge?**

The software is very intuitive to use. The team and the solutions architect have been incredibly responsive, helping us build around our specific use cases and refine the information we needed. Overall, the guidance and information provided have been extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Starbridge?**

The biggest thing we’re still working through is change management around the software—for example, getting our team on board with updated processes. It’s not their fault, but adoption on our side has been the hardest part so far.

**What problems is Starbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Starbridge is helping us source RFPs—a manual process that can take tens of hours—while surfacing the key information we need to make clear go/no-go decisions. It also identifies relevant contacts for our sales team and provides helpful context and key talking points for our sales reps before they sit down with a prospect.

We’ve also used it with our new ICP to sort and rank customers based on whether they have the attributes we’re looking for in our ICP.

**What do you like best about Starbridge?**

A very powerful AI-driven tool when it comes to dynamic intent signal sourcing and account scoring. This platform has been a boon for our small/lean go-to-market team in the higher education space. Our dedicated customer success manager is incredibly responsive and always willing to jump on a call with us to walk through use cases and provide guidance in creating the best workflows to optimize those use cases. Their product team is also releasing new feature sets at an incredible pace, which has really unlocked new efficiencies for our team.

**What do you dislike about Starbridge?**

At the jump, it's a little cumbersome to wrap your whole brain around, as there is a lot packed into the user experience. Their team is great about giving you as much time/resourcing as you need to figure it out though, and they have a training center with video and walkthrough guides to help. It ultimately can just be an overwhelming platform to learn/train other people on initially.

**What problems is Starbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridging the gap in our market segmentation and account-based marketing/sales targeting strategy. Our team now has the capability to fully and quickly understand buyer profiles across our accounts, and knows who to target at the right time.

**What do you like best about Starbridge?**

Clean and easy to navigate, and it connects to our CRM seamlessly. Starbridge filled a gap we’d been trying to solve internally with spreadsheets and a lot of manual work. The Chrome extension is also a big plus. My reps spend a lot of their day in city and county websites doing research, and Starbridge sits right there while they browse, with verified contact data and signals. They don’t have to switch tools or maintain a separate spreadsheet on the side, because the information shows up exactly where the work is happening.

**What do you dislike about Starbridge?**

Nothing at the moment. We are pretty happy with Starbridge.

**What problems is Starbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly three things. Finding cities before they go to RFP, in workflow research, and contact data. The biggest one is timing. We use Starbridge to identify city teams that are starting to wrestle with a real problem before procurement is even on the agenda. That is the whole window CivStart needs to be inside. Once an RFP is out the relationship is already set and we have missed our shot to help shape the problem. The buying signals coming through Starbridge are what let us actually get in front of those teams early. The second is the Chrome extension. My reps spend a lot of their day inside city and county websites doing research, and Starbridge sits right there with verified contact data and signals while they are browsing. They do not have to switch tools or build a spreadsheet on the side. The info shows up where the work is happening.
The third is contact data. We are reaching into thousands of mid sized cities across the country and the right person is hard to find. Starbridge gets us verified contacts at agencies of every size so our outreach actually lands and we are not burning cycles on bounced emails.

**What do you like best about Starbridge?**

I like the way Starbridge scrapes for data, making it easy and user-friendly. It's great for folks who aren't well-versed in prompt engineering since we have a good customer success rep and a decent understanding of how the tool works to get the information we need. Starbridge serves up a lot of really good information about the accounts we want to go after and helps us prioritize them effectively. It saves us time and gives us good direction on which accounts to prioritize based on signals like competitor contract renewals. The initial setup was very easy, taking less than an hour.

**What do you dislike about Starbridge?**

As someone who hasn't historically sold into the public sector, the vernacular and language used in the UX and UI can be a little confusing. I think right now, you still need to almost be trained to know what you're doing, but eventually, it'll be more simple and easy to use.

**What problems is Starbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Starbridge consolidates publicly available information about target accounts, especially in the public sector, which helps us identify good targets, prioritize accounts, and save time.

**What do you like best about Starbridge?**

The product is evolving everyday which does mean changes to User Interface, but they have kept the UI very simple and easy to follow. They are integrated well with other programs, unfortunately we use Dynamics as our CRM and it doesn't have an integration with that (Yet!). There have been minor glitches here and there, but that happens even with the most well established programs and their team is quick to address. Our team has found it very valuable in uncovering new opportunities using its AI functions. But I think by far the best part about Starbridge is their team. They are responsive, receptive to feedback (and actually implement), and sooooo helpful throughout our entire contract so far!

**What do you dislike about Starbridge?**

The only thing that I would see as a negative would be the changes in user interface. It does make it a little difficult to train on since by the time you are used to the features, they change. But this is the cost of getting a better built out program, so I think the trade off is worth it.

**What problems is Starbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Starbridge helps us to identify gaps for school districts prior to the school districts putting out RFPs. This helps us to get ahead in opportunities process. That lead time is crucial given the increasingly competitive education sector.

**What do you like best about Starbridge?**

Accurate, actionable insights land in my inbox every day. Setup was very easy, and the value was immediate. We’re still discovering all the ways we can use this tool and feel like we’ve only scratched the surface of what we can gain from it. The UI also keeps improving, which makes it easier to work with over time. We’ve integrated it with Salesforce, and it’s been straightforward to maintain and update that integration as we add more points of alignment. There’s also a lot of value to be gained without using credit, so our investment is going further than we expected.

**What do you dislike about Starbridge?**

I think they’re still perfecting the sync UI, and we’ve had some trouble with confusing field names. However, we receive immediate customer service that helps us work through any issues, so these problems haven’t been highly problematic overall.

**What problems is Starbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, it’s helping identify contacts at our target accounts—especially personas we’ve historically had trouble finding. It also helps us stay on top of job changes by showing when someone moves roles and who the new person is in a key position, so our deals can keep moving without personnel changes slowing down deal success. In addition, it alerts us when RFPs are released that we may be able to bid on. We’re also using the FOIA research to understand when competitor contracts expire. We have been able to eliminate other subscriptions because Starbridge provides the same info.

AI-driven insights into leads that identify the main point of contact and a potential dialogue with the customer. It also has easy integration, and the price is fair for the product.

I haven't found anything yet that I don't like, but I'd like it to use my feedback of opps that I like and don't like to automatically update my leads. 

The support has been great, and onboarding was thorough. The site is also relatively easy to navigate, and the overall performance is excellent.

Trying to make it easier to update what is and isn't a fit for me when I'm prospecting.

The signal and data quality in Starbridge is top-notch—some of the best I’ve seen on the market. The UI is also very intuitive, so it’s easy to get up to speed quickly. The Salesforce integration was also seamless.

The fact that you can only add one user at a time was frustrating, especially when rolling this out to the whole team. It turned into a very manual process to invite everyone and then go through each person to set their credit limits and other details.

This product is tailored to the public sector and provides high-quality signals that our Sales and BDR teams can act on quickly. It integrates seamlessly with our CRM, which helps support and streamline our customer workflows. The support team is excellent, and they’re genuinely great to collaborate with. We’re also able to leverage AI as part of the overall solution.

**What do you dislike about Starbridge?**

The UX continues to improve. It’s functional, though it isn’t always intuitive right out of the gate. That said, they consistently solicit feedback and make improvements quickly.

**What problems is Starbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our data quality, especially around firmographic information, has improved 3x. The quality of the contact enrichment data has saved hundreds of hours of manual work. We now have insights into potential customers’ current vendors, which we simply struggled to get before, and this has helped our Sales and Marketing strategy become much more targeted.

I used to have to generate leads and put together RFP proposals manually, which took up hours each day but now that process has been streamlined because of Starbridge. We are finding better leads while moving further along in the RFP process, making it to the demo stage almost every time.

**What do you like best about Starbridge?**

I use Starbridge for go-to-market automation when selling to government customers. It helps me gather detail about each customer, like what products they currently use and what their budget is. Starbridge sifts through public meetings and documents to help find signals of need, allowing me to do well-targeted and personalized outbound marketing. Additionally, it is the best source of contact information I've found for email or phone campaigns. What I like most is that it automates a huge amount of work, saving me time and money. The initial setup was very easy, and they helped get me set up.

**What do you dislike about Starbridge?**

Not much!  I'd prefer that the annual token budget were a monthly token budget, but that's a nit.

**What problems is Starbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Starbridge automates gathering customer details and finds signals of need for targeted marketing, saving me time and money. It provides the best contact information for campaigns — I did a head to head and they beat out Pursuit in this department.

Easy to use UI but still robust features and functionalities. Allows me to have all of my research and information gathering in one place and then push it to salesforce

Only thing I dislike right now is not being able to move a column left or right more than one space at a time in a bridge. Everything else is great

It is helping us understand when the timing is right to prospect certain institutions, helps us understand and identify who has existing pains or needs that we can solve, and gives us contact information on how to reach them. It does this all in an easy to use a fast platform

**What do you like best about Starbridge?**

Starbridge is very well built. The UI is very easy to use, and my experience with the software has been excellent so far.

It is very well adjusted for the type of information that is needed in my industry.

The bridges have been taking a lot longer to load recently, but I have been asking a lot more of them then I did when we started with the service. Apart from that, performance has been excellent.

The Salesforce integration is very easy to work with.

The support offered by their team has been excellent. If I reach out with a question, I will have a response within a few business hours (at most).

**What do you dislike about Starbridge?**

I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike about Starbridge at the moment. I do have some feature ideas that would make the experience even better. The way organizations work in my industry can be really fractionalized. It would be awesome to have the ability to make suggestions for data changes and buyer additions within the software.

I know ZoomInfo has a feature like this, so the framework exists. I would love to be able to make these sorts of suggestions, I think a lot of other users would like to have this ability as well. I also believe this sort of feature would help keep data as up to date as possible.

Starbridge is providing insights into entities that is usually hard to dig up.

Starbridge's platform allows me to create incredibly targeted outreach by providing me with strong signals through their meetings database, procurement history, and AI web agents. I can find who are the best districts for me to reach out to and created outreach that feels authentic because I actually do know what's going on in their district

**What do you dislike about Starbridge?**

Starbridge's AI writing still feels it has a lot of room to grow. I still find that other AI agentic models are stronger for that portion

It’s helping me identify the best ICPs using readily available information—something that would have taken me hours, if not days, to figure out on my own.

Starbridge is extremly helpful in many ways, especially targeting higher-ed institutions in sales. Helps us find RFPs and get ahead of those and also triggers relevant signals for our target accounts

Would love the ability to build lists (such as a static list) of specific board meetings or purchases, right now it seems like theres no way to for example select 5-10 meetings within a bridge and save those to a "list" to later diver deeper into

The downside of Starbridge is that it offers only a limited credit limit to use.

Before using Starbridge, I had to manually search for recent files, documents, or meetings, and it took a lot of time. Sometimes other documents weren’t publicly available, which meant there was a big chance I could miss an important opportunity. With Starbridge, I can access the most current meeting information in a way that’s easy to understand, because Starbridge analyzes everything.

A bit of a learning curve and it's a bit complex so I'm still not sure I'm maximizing the platform to the best of my ability. Better support was needed at the initial setup. Some AI hallucinations related to taking information from public meetings and tying it in to our product.

It's a great, easy-to-use tool for getting new leads. For understanding where needs are emerging, and integrated directly into my teams existing workflow at the top of the funnel for building new relationships. It's affordable and constantly updating their data and experience.

Not all leads convert. But that's expected for a top-of-funnel tool.

Contract expiration alerts are where I spend most of my time. Finding leads before RFPs get pushed are important.  The Chrome extension for in the moment research is great for everyday use.

I can put in a request at the end of the day and know it'll be ready in the morning, and often it's ready that night. Their customer support is very fast and the team is accessible, which I appreciate.

I like how customizable the various bridges are.  I also appreciate the support we received from Dan.  The integrations with salesforce seem to work quite well.

The UI needs work.  Occasionally the system had bugs that caused syncs to not occur.  I think there ought to be alerts for this.
