Working with Star Telecom CX has been really great. We are a small business and they have been very helpful in making sure we are getting the service we needs at a fair price. I highly recomend them. The people I have dealt with from their organization have been really friendly, competent and accessible.

The best part has been their ability to support us after Genesys deployment instead of just during implementation.

There has been quite a bit of turn over in the account manager position for us.

The Star Telecom team we worked with were absolute rockstars. They were so responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond.

I honestly can't think of anything. We had excellent support from everyone we worked with, from the implementation and project crew to the training folks to leadership and more.

Star Telecom helped us implement the Genesys Cloud Outbound Dialer and continue to support us through configurations and enhancements and support.
