**What do you like best about Star Software?**

What stood out most was how quickly it integrated into our existing operations. Given that Stryder holds exclusive contracts with some of the most demanding clients in the food, beverage, and packaging industries, there is zero tolerance for customs delays or documentation errors. Star Software delivered on both fronts. Processing times improved noticeably, errors dropped significantly, and our cross-border compliance posture is stronger than ever.

**What do you dislike about Star Software?**

Honestly, there is very little to criticize. If I were to flag anything for improvement, it would be around the onboarding documentation a more tailored setup guide for high-volume 3PL environments would have saved our team some initial configuration time. That said, the support team was responsive and helped us get up to speed efficiently.

**What problems is Star Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Star Software has effectively eliminated the bottlenecks that used to slow our cross-border shipments. Customs processing is faster, our documentation is consistently accurate, and our compliance team has greater confidence in every submission that leaves our desk. For a company like Stryder, where our reputation is built on outstanding service and reliability for world-class clients, that peace of mind is invaluable.

Star Software has made it much easier for us to manage Material Test Reports, mill certificates, and quality documents across multiple departments. The OCR functionality saves a lot of manual entry time and helps our team locate certification records quickly without searching through paper files.

Some supplier certificate formats needed a few adjustments during the early setup phase, but the support team responded quickly and helped us resolve everything smoothly. Since then, the platform has been reliable and easy to work with.

The initial transition required some employee training, and a few custom reporting requests took additional time to implement. However, Star Software remained communicative throughout the process and ensured the final solution met our operational needs

Some of the reports generated are complex to understand. Also to directly download few reports have to always reach out to IT support

**What do you like best about Star Software?**

We would have otherwise spent many hours each week sorting categories incoming emails into those that are pertinent to each department, but it has saved us a great deal of a time

**What do you dislike about Star Software?**

At our current consumption levels, the cost is very high, but i think we will find a more comfortable range as we scale our processes and volume discounts take effect.

**What problems is Star Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emails about service tickets, customer outreach, and other things we would prefer to ignore are sent to us in large quantities. Triaging and rerouting these emails to the appropriate internal point of contact was a major time waster because, as a creative agency, all of the staff members usually concentrate on creative work. with the assistance of Star Software , a workflow was established in which all emails are first analyzed by Star Software AI and then categorized into support tickets, vendor outreach, spam, and inbound leads or potential customers. when an email is marked as such, it is routed to the appropriate individuals who can take prompt action. By doing this, we have been able to avoid hiring a specific individuals to complete this duty and free up time for all creative staff to concentrate on their primary responsibility, which is producing incredible content.

**What do you like best about Star Software?**

Everything about the setup process was quite simple. We utilize it for a school project, and i was astounded by how user-friendly it was. Even someone without technical expertise could utilize the user interface to do the task because it is so easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Star Software?**

The only problem was that a computer with a lot of processing power was required. My old Asus notebook's processing took a bit longer than i had anticipated. But it was well worth the wait in the end.

**What problems is Star Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to gather bill information from several invoices that the organization had been given. Some of it seemed really old, and some of it was handwritten. Star Software stepped in because manual segregation was not feasible.

We can scale using the mapless paradigm at the business's pace rather than the pace of our small development team. We collaborate with many partners who regularly alter the format of the data we receive, but we have no trouble keeping up with how simple it is to update the read.

It's a very flowing model. indeed. it needs more rework than we anticipated.

Our customer and supplier ecosystem is rapidly  evolving, therefore we must swiftly scale and automate document processing.We may swiftly scale and modify the mapless model to incorporate additional suppliers and customers.Without increasing our workforce, we may increase the number of documents we have.

Any task can be readily automated with Star Software.It has many capabilities, is easily  deployed anyplace, and integrates well with any computer program. They provide excellent customer service as well.

**What do you dislike about Star Software?**

It functions flawlessly on windows, however they don't have any product for Mac

**What problems is Star Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When i try to install Star Software on a Mac, i have some trouble getting the exe file to work. Support gave me a fantastic solution once i contacted them, enabling me to operate the bot on a Mac

A great tool to efficiently complete review of supporting documents and it's very easy to use. With integrated to the working file, referencing and documenting the audit procedures performed has been a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Star Software?**

The accuracy of text recognition capability is decreased, when files are compressed.

**What problems is Star Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most especially When dealing with a lot of documents, it solves going back and forth in opening and accessing supporting files when reviewing audit working papers.

They support us throughout the process. the hand written and numbers could even be read and import into a spreadsheet!

As far they do what they advertised nothing much to dislike

It was far more effective to reduce the time required to simply extract data by pulling data into a spreadsheet, something that standard adobe cannot accomplish.

To be able to build more complicated  tasks, one unquestionably needs to have programming skills and experience as well familiarity with RPA tools. Simply producing the typical activities that Star Software offers is insufficient. SQL scripts and C#  code are required to supplement the database topic.

The most impressive thing about the work delivered by Star Software was the seamless integration of state-of-the-art AI and automation solutions with our legacy systems. This has enhanced performance and functionality without disruption and set a new standard for efficiency and accuracy in our finance operations.

While Star Software is highly efficient, one thing I dislike is that it could be improved even further with regard to customization ease for advanced features and also in reducing the learning curve for mastering advanced capabilities by providing more comprehensive training resources, but ease to use and ease to implement.

We hired Star Software to automate the redundant tasks in the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes, hence making our finance operation more efficient. Our main goals were to bring efficiency, reduce errors while dealing with complex documents such as COAs and Material Test Certificates, and integrate the latest technologies of AI and OCR into our systems.

The tool's simplicity of use for development has significantly improved since its most recent upgrade. This edition of Star Software makes it simple for people who are not accustomed to development to learn and begin creating their assignments.
And ease to implement and intergrate with their customer support.

One drawback, in my perspective, is that there is no longer a desktop application available for development. To complete the tasks, we need access to the Control Room and a browser.
