The ecosystem that Star Software Automation has built makes it easier to monitor, run and see what goes in and out of the process. Maestro, as the name suggests is their most hyped product which makes the creation of Agentic workflows very streamlined and easy. It gives you the flexibility like no one else does. The audit trail which it generates is very self sufficient in itself. **What do you dislike about Star Software?** None so far have been found. The costing is one factor that is questionable. Rest everyone is loving how the products are evolving, with the introduction of AI, Star Software is on a fast ride. And we are all aboard it. **What problems is Star Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating multiple processes using Excel automation, PDF Operations, SAP Modules. Benefits are many, words are less. Finance related processes which are Daily Running, monthly and quarterly ones which performs multiple handoffs and breaking points are many. But Star Software has helped us to fill the gap in a way which doesn’t increases the runtime of processes ### 2. The Star Software Academy sessions keeps you curious and busy which helps in learning the next topic. The course content and practical samples helps anyone(whether from programming background or non programming background)easy to understand and gets hands on. Star Software Academy helps you become a RPA Developer with minimum/basic coding language. Star Software has activities for any and every task or process we do on daily basis. Designing a robot becomes very easy and smooth since the activities are well organized and less complicated. **What do you dislike about Star Software?** Nothing to dislike, only thing that needs to be taken care is the Star Software Studio is bit on heavier side, it is difficult to work on systems with min specifications. Sometimes it lags. **What problems is Star Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** I implemented a process to read emails related to user requests and incidents, and then capture the relevant details in an Excel file. I also implemented a solution to extract data from CSV files, write it to a text file, and make it available to the application by placing it in a designated folder. It has virtual training videos which will completely enhance the skill set of a person in it. It has its forum where people come up with their problems, discuss & return with solutions as well. It has its Connect where people can share their Projects, Components, Snippets, etc., which can be used as plug & play by needy persons instead of spending much time on building those stuffs again. **What do you dislike about Star Software?** As of now, I have not experienced anything which has an adverse effect on me. **What problems is Star Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initially, I started with learning via the academy. I really appreciate its capability to build and orchestrate agents seamlessly using Maestro. It's also impressive how the platform lets us pick different Large Language Models (LLMs). The use of various LLMs, external tools, and Multi-Cloud Platform (MCP) servers enhances the developer experience significantly. We've managed to create over 50 agents, which shows how reliable and effective it is. Additionally, importing custom agents is a feature I find particularly useful. The support from the Star Software product team was really good, which made the setup not that difficult. **What do you dislike about Star Software?** If they can provide updates on LLMs versions quickly it would be helpful. **What problems is Star Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Star Software to manage health claims with a network of agents, ensuring prompt customer service. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Star Software?** We would have otherwise spent many hours each week sorting categories incoming emails into those that are pertinent to each department, but it has saved us a great deal of a time **What do you dislike about Star Software?** At our current consumption levels, the cost is very high, but i think we will find a more comfortable range as we scale our processes and volume discounts take effect. **What problems is Star Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Emails about service tickets, customer outreach, and other things we would prefer to ignore are sent to us in large quantities. Triaging and rerouting these emails to the appropriate internal point of contact was a major time waster because, as a creative agency, all of the staff members usually concentrate on creative work. with the assistance of Star Software , a workflow was established in which all emails are first analyzed by Star Software AI and then categorized into support tickets, vendor outreach, spam, and inbound leads or potential customers. when an email is marked as such, it is routed to the appropriate individuals who can take prompt action. By doing this, we have been able to avoid hiring a specific individuals to complete this duty and free up time for all creative staff to concentrate on their primary responsibility, which is producing incredible content. ### 8. We utilize it for a school project, and i was astounded by how user-friendly it was. Even someone without technical expertise could utilize the user interface to do the task because it is so easy to use. **What do you dislike about Star Software?** The only problem was that a computer with a lot of processing power was required. My old Asus notebook's processing took a bit longer than i had anticipated. This has enhanced performance and functionality without disruption and set a new standard for efficiency and accuracy in our finance operations. **What do you dislike about Star Software?** While Star Software is highly efficient, one thing I dislike is that it could be improved even further with regard to customization ease for advanced features and also in reducing the learning curve for mastering advanced capabilities by providing more comprehensive training resources, but ease to use and ease to implement. **What problems is Star Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We hired Star Software to automate the redundant tasks in the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes, hence making our finance operation more efficient.
