It lets me receive payroll quickly and download invoices with one click. Support is excellent, and wire transfers and crypto payments are reliable. Overall, Stape fulfills its core purpose effectively, though it’s not perfect - I can’t pretend it’s flawless, but I’ll still recommend it. **What do you dislike about Stape?** There are a few minor UX issues: you can’t tell if card payments are available in your country before initiating a withdrawal, and contracts can’t be customized without help from support. **What problems is Stape solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stape lets me to receive my payroll and all supporting documentation such as invoices and contracts. ### 2. The money arrives without issues and usually quite fast. I withdraw to my Visa card and it works reliably. It’s also convenient to see all transactions in one place. **What do you dislike about Stape?** Overall, everything works well and I didn’t notice any major issues. Maybe it would be helpful to have short video guides in addition to text instructions, especially for getting started. **What problems is Stape solving and how is that benefiting you?** The service helps me receive payments from abroad without worrying about transfers. Everything works reliably, and the transaction history is clear. ### 3. The commission rates are very reasonable compared to alternatives, which makes it even more appealing. **What do you dislike about Stape?** Honestly, there’s little to criticize. My only suggestion would be to add support for 2FA through an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator) for even better account security. Relying solely on email-based 2FA feels a bit outdated. **What problems is Stape solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for a reliable way to process payments from overseas clients without high commissions, and Stape checks all the boxes. ### 4. And it works very quickly. **What do you dislike about Stape?** 1 - Make us allow us to name savet widraw methods. Right now this looks the same, and every time I go to edit for checking account number inside. 2 - Mostly I do the same currency couple exchange every time. But that form does not remember the order of currencies so every time I need to change them. Main reason to visit that form - I'm checking the exchange rate. This is floating so I did it many times. Would be cool or remember the last exchange couple and their order - or make some page with currency rates. 3 - Enough often the site on the next visit unlogin me. But for a while I see the last opened page, including account worth. Then after a while it switches the browser to the login page. I guess this is not safe, if you are decided to unlogin user - please do not show the last page cache with financial info. **What problems is Stape solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were cut out from most all financial transfers here. So remains things like crypto. And this saviour - stape.
