StandSense is a web platform for trade show exhibitors and live-marketing agencies. Upload the hall floor plan (PDF, DWG, DXF or image) and the AI maps walls, booths, aisles and entrances into a navigable 3D model you can review and adjust. Tell StandSense your goal (leads, brand or sales), your audience, team and budget, and it delivers an action plan: where to position staff hour by hour, which activations fit your booth and budget, and approach scripts for each persona, with the evidence behind every recommendation. Its differentiator is visitor flow simulation. Simulated visitors move through the hall following the event agenda, so you can see where the general crowd and your target audience walk, and compare booth positions, staffing and talk times before you commit. Forecasts are shown as ranges with a confidence level and improve as you log real results. Agencies get a white-label workspace per client, with PDF reports and shareable 3D links under their own brand. Data is hosted on AWS in the European Union and is never used to train AI models. Available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
