The system is wonky. I often have to retype addresses or go back to the contacts and fix them. There are not great fail safes in place for times you print and the printer doesn't work if you are doing a lot at a time. You end up having to get a refund and reprint. Good luck trying to get your money back if your printer jams while printing a whole sheet of stamps and you are unable to reprint due to the jam. You likely will not get your money back. I have been trying to get refunded for 4 different times that my printer jammed and I was unable to do a reprint.
