I appreciate the mainstream feature. All the businesses I work with can simply send an invoice for our finance team to review and for me to approve. It’s nice because we can do everything within the platform: discuss the appropriate coding, departments, and any other discrepancies. It’s also easy to review an invoice, approve it, and be done. I believe Stampli will help my company hold our accounting department accountable (haha) for making sure our vendors are paid on time and that invoices are being sent to the correct department. The AI side of things makes invoices very easy to use, and has seemingly helped our accounting department with matching PO's to who they're supposed to go to. We had a hour long training session, but everything is honestly so easy to use and implement that we all feel we didn't really need it. I haven't had to use customer support yet, strictly because of how simple it is. This has been a slow month for us, so I haven't used it a ton, but I will say that I haven't had any issues of invoices not getting paid since starting Stampli. We've only just started using Stampli, so it's new to us. But so far, we like that it connects with our Procore, and it's easier for us to use than other systems. I like how Stampli learns habits with specific vendors. Billy puts the most frequently used codes (per vendor) at the top of the list to simplify trying to select which code and eliminates the need to scroll through dozens of codes to find the correct one. Integration with QB was simple enough, but sometimes there are disconnects that take a long time to resolve. Additionally, the automatic assignment of "invoice" to everything that comes through can be a bit annoying.
