"Intuitive and Easy to Use, with Just the Right Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Stampli?

It is really intuitive and easy to use. It has just the right amount of features to check my work, but not frustrate or delay Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

I would love for it to be easier to identify past invoices with maybe an option to leave a note that shows up in the past invoices list. I find that I have to click on a lot of past invoices before I can find the one I am looking at Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Invoicing with Room for Expense Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Stampli?

We like that Stampli streamlines the approval process and allows for better auditing by keeping everything in one place. We appreciate that we can set up who approves and in what order, and it just works well as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

The expense side isn't as robust as the invoicing side. We aren't able to upload multiple receipts on a single expense report to be paid in one sum. We wouldn't rate the initial setup as easy, but not hard either. You have to be very tech savvy to pick up on it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Invoice Approvals with Smart Duplicate Detection and Seamless Accounting Integration AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Stampli?

I love how easy it is to get invoices approved, how easy it is to split invoices that are bundled into a single file, and how easy it is to catch duplicates, review cancelled invoices, track invoices across different account numbers even when located under a single vendor. It's so straightforward to add supporting documents, comments, and ask questions of others. It integrates directly with our accounting software, seamlessly; and makes errors that makes exports impossible extremely visible, so that they can be corrected by anyone on the team, and not wait for the supervisor to send back a stack of errors instead. It scans the invoices for all relevant information, and tracks common usage for the vendor, formatting of the invoice document, even the source of the original invoice file. Using the tray feature we can even have default coding confirmed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

When coding an invoice that needs to be broken into lines, it can take a long time. There is a dramatic difference in processing time for invoices that need to be split across 4 or more lines. But there is a copy line feature, so it helps if things are very repetitive. But if you pause during entry to review your source data, it will time out and you usually need to start over. You can set templates at the vendor level, even multiple per vendor. so that narrows it down to the one-off vendors that need to be broken down. The annual multi-location type. "Simplifies AP Invoice Approvals, Slightly Cluttered UI"
4/5
What do you like best about Stampli?

I like that Stampli is simple. I specifically like that you can view previous invoices from a vendor so you can compare. This is often useful for maintaining consistency, ensuring accuracy, preventing duplicates, and similar things. I also like that it is easy to add reviewers and to see where each invoice goes after your inputs and approvals. I like how there is a notes section, so there is an easy place to add notes or concerns. This keeps information close to the invoice and easy to refer back to when needed. What do you dislike about Stampli?

{"Some pages of the site can be a bit cluttered, especially when you are working on invoices.","There is a lot of information to add and enter, and there aren't enough visual separations between important sections (vendor information, invoice document information, coding, and payment information).","Though this isn't the biggest problems, it can annoy the eyes sometimes.","I heard that the implementation and set up was difficult only because there was a lack of training. This cleared up with practice and communication.","We are in the middle of changing software, so it is difficult to identify how Stampli will play into the newer software. It is too early to tell."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Invoicing with Zero Training Required"
5/5
What do you like best about Stampli?

I like the ease of use of Stampli because it's very crisp. It's clear what invoices I have to approve and who else is on the approval chain. The ability to create comments is great, and the whole process is very seamless with zero training needed. Anyone can create an account in a minute and approve the invoice seconds later; it's pretty fantastic. The setup was extraordinarily easy too. I received my temporary login credentials and was able to approve an invoice and change my password within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

I thought the login, the fact that it didn't have SSO, was a little bit of a friction. But the email signon was easy enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Invoice Management with Stampli"
5/5
What do you like best about Stampli?

I use Stampli to approve invoices and find it particularly easy to use, which I appreciate as both a submitter and approver of invoices. Stampli keeps everything in one place and lets me see the progress of each invoice I submit, which makes tracking much simpler. I really appreciate being able to go through the history of my submitted invoices, as it gives me the ability to look up invoice payments myself when a vendor inquires. In the past, I had to ask the finance team due to a lack of visibility into the payment system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

The lag in going from one invoice to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Invoice Consolidation for XFN Approvals"
5/5
What do you like best about Stampli?

Stampli completely changed how our company sends out invoices for approval before payment. Before Stampli, I was being sent invoices for approval over email. This lead to some invoices slipping through the cracks and being lost until down the road, the accounting team would follow up and ask for approval again. With Stampli, all of the invoices pending approval are in one place and easy to review and approve, or provide feedback when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

Honestly? Nothing so far. I don't have experience with other invoice approval software but compared to approving invoice by invoice over email, it's much better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Invoicing and Easy Document Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Stampli?

I like how easy it is to sign documents and check on other invoices. I can go right into the system, scan over invoices, check dates, see how much for purchases, and look for anything that has been uploaded. The initial setup for Stampli was easy; it updated me and gave me all the information I needed to navigate the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

I would love to see a process tab or what time length is on it. The process? I always have vendors asking how long it's gonna take for checks to be mailed out or to be made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Communication and Operational Efficiency Boost"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Stampli?

I am beyond impressed with Stampli. It makes the administrative aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable much more efficient and reduces emails. I like how communication can happen directly in the system and everything is laid out much clearer. The smart or AI-enabled features, like learning who certain POs or bills are tied to and what accounts or locations, are making things more efficient. With our complex business structure including multiple business units, regions, and service lines, the system handles everything very well and has been a big advancement compared to what we used before. I particularly enjoy Stampli's operational efficiency and ease of communication, which significantly cuts down on the back and forth that our prior system required via email. It reduces emails and allows approval processes and corrections to be made much quicker. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
