Navigating between tabs and inside actual invoices is very easy and intuitive. Billy Bot, their AI helper, is a great addition and gets more accurate the more you use the software. Stampli also integrates nicely with Acumatica providing a quick export from their system to our accounting system. Our entire team (about 155), from routers to approvers, use Stampli every day, all day with relatively few issues. If I do run into any issues, I can use the chat button in the bottom right of the screen to seek assistance. They use AI to answer questions, but connect you to a support rep quickly if necessary. I was not here for initial implementation, but implementing a new facility and/or users is also pretty seamless. I add new users often and they understand the system very quickly. I've used other AP systems before, and Stampli has by far been the easiest to work with. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** The only opportunity for improvement I've noticed is their customer support. It is a little on the slow side, but seems to be getting better. It once took about 3 months to resolve a problem I was having. However, I just requested help with something and it was resolved within an hour. This is all through their chat system, I've heard their customer service via the phone is significantly quicker. I would not let this deter you from using Stampli - it's an incredible software that I've loved since the first day I used it. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is where we route, process, review, and approve all invoices that come from vendors. With that critique I will also say that they do update the existing user experience annually. **Recommendations to others considering Stampli:** Make sure that you're accounting system is designed to handle batch uploads. I had to work directly with the programmer to ensure that the design for both the batch uploads and the check register for upload into Stampli were designed correctly. Even if your organization doesn't have all of the problems I did and you're just looking for a new workflow Stampli works great. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stampli is helping my team to: 1) Increase Efficiency: I hated accounts payable processing from day one on the job. As the only director under 30 in my previous organization, I was shocked to see how much paper was involved in paying bills. What Stampli means for me is a more efficient workflow and faster accounts payable and payment processing, which means fewer late bills and more time for me to focus on the rest of my job. Additionally, as a company that undertakes a lot of construction projects, Stampli took the time to help us with our integration issues with Microsoft GP to allow to track expenses by footprints for construction invoices and have that integrate to our job costing software within our ERP which has again decreased processing time. 2) Enforce Policy through Accountability: the audit trails have been so nice to help keep approvers accountable in an organization that is culturally still coming around to more personal responsibility at the supervisor level for expenses within their department. The Stampli system has also helped us in our annual audit, giving them temporary read-only access allows them to take their samples instead of bothering us about it. 3) Organize AP Efforts: I have two AP clerks and I have their invoice duties separated out by type of invoices (operational, procurement-related, construction) and using their trays feature allows for easy dividing and access for my team and the GIS team that inspects all of our construction invoices as well as restricting invoice access to department heads based on the type of invoices they need to see. ### 16. Before Stampli, everything was completely manual and I was entering 50–75 invoices a day per company file, and we have 30+ files. Now Stampli takes care of that, which frees me up to focus on other parts of my job instead of just data entry. Not only do you get true AP automation, but you also get a fantastic team from Stampli to support you along the way. Their directions are simple, easy to follow, and their customer service chat is worth its weight in gold. As I work through the program to tailor it to our accounting team's needs, if I need a quick refresher on something, Billy (the super helpful bot) is there to the rescue. If my question is a little more technical, I'm connected with a real human in no time. Software is used on regular basis with full Accounts Payable activities are managed daily. It remembers past invoices as well so recurring invoices flow through with incredible ease. My favorite tool is the search bar that searches through the contents of the invoice PDFs themselves. I refer back to Stampli often when trying to find an old invoice for a product to remember who it was initially purchased from. The approval function is extremely easy to use and allows for approvers to easily ask questions or assign additional levels of approval. I use Stampli every day, multiple times a day, and I never dread it. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** Not much to be honest... However, when working with a large invoice that contains many lines of code, I still need to manually check that the amounts for each line are accurate.
