The AI side of things makes invoices very easy to use, and has seemingly helped our accounting department with matching PO's to who they're supposed to go to. We had a hour long training session, but everything is honestly so easy to use and implement that we all feel we didn't really need it. I haven't had to use customer support yet, strictly because of how simple it is. This has been a slow month for us, so I haven't used it a ton, but I will say that I haven't had any issues of invoices not getting paid since starting Stampli. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** Trying to make sure that the tray is correct so that it doesn't go to another department by default. I like that all the input and output chronological data about the invoice is available through the Print option. Also, the ability to question my peers. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** When searching for a vendor, if the wrong vendor is selected from the dropdown menu and I click the cancel (X) button, the dropdown does not stay on that vendor. Instead, it resets, and I have to re-enter the vendor name from scratch. I would prefer that the active line remains on the vendor I mistakenly selected, so I can easily choose the correct one from the line above or below. For example, among these options: AZPAIPROEBF AZPAIPROACS AZPAIPROTMC If I need to select AZPAIPROACS but accidentally choose AZPAIPROEBF, when I cancel, the dropdown should return to AZPAIPROEBF (the one I mistakenly picked). Additionally, the integration with NetSuite works smoothly and provides a reliable connection between platforms, helping maintain data consistency and reducing manual work. The Stampli interface is simple and easy to work in. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** The system has several limitations and workflow challenges impacting efficiency. Currently, text can only be copied from page 1 of PDFs, and the Billy Bot tool often produces incorrect or inconsistent data. New merchants automatically recommend an unwanted GL account with no option to override. Recurring invoices cannot have auto-assigned approvers, and their details (such as title or start/end dates) cannot be edited without duplicating the record. Once stopped, a recurring invoice cannot simply be restarted. There is no “Pending Approval” tab, requiring manual report checks, and invoice editing after authorization involves multiple unnecessary steps before it can be reapproved. Users cannot copy an invoice or reuse the same PDF to create multiple invoices, and key fields like invoice number, date, or GL details cannot be mass-edited. If a Stampli card transaction lacks a receipt, it doesn’t appear for AP processing, and filtering AP Workview by Stampli card transactions does not function properly. Invoice PDFs also cannot be saved into the receipts library for future card charges. Additionally, card and limit management through Stampli/WEX is cumbersome—temporary limit adjustments cannot auto-reset, prior-period pending transactions affect available limits, flexible card limits cannot be edited once issued, and one-time card limits may decline legitimate transactions that include separate processing fees. Finally, Stampli card or WEX-related issues can take several days to resolve due to third-party involvement, further slowing operations. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stampli has significantly streamlined our accounts payable process by centralizing invoice management, communication, and approvals in one platform. Using the general search function on an invoice number sometimes doesn't return that invoice till you search using the actual invoice number search bar. The general search function at the top of Stampli tends to not return details that we are searching for. We can get those details when we go into the search function and use the fields we are searching for the data. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stampli keeps track of submitted invoices and assigned GL codes, eliminates paper approvals by automating them, and provides easy searching for invoice status. It lets me change the approver easily without sending it back to accounting. ### 14. I usually just wait a few days until the transaction is processed, then submit them. Another thing is the Mastercard doesn't have a tap function. It's far superior to the way we used to communicate with vendors independently because there's not the same type of added pressure. They will notify you when you receive an invoice but not when they become past timely. It also identifies duplicate invoices by showing a pop-up that alerts us before saving it. I would like to add, if it is possible if we have the option to directly sync the bill to accounting software once processed. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** So we don't have the option to go and edit the invoice once it is assigned to the approvers so the only option is to ask them to reject the invoice to make any changes. and we also have to wait until all the approvers have approved the bill for it to sync to the accounting software and once the invoice syncs then we dont have the option to edit the invoice in the accounting software. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** So in our organization for a few of the vendors, Bill doesn't support, and we cannot process multicurrency invoices, so in such scenarios, Stampli helps us to process those invoices and sync them to Intacct. It is very convenient, we can process any currency bills without any issues. ### 18. I appreciate how the communication aspect of Stampli allows for easy conversations about an individual invoice, which I think is vastly underrated. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** Probably on the Stampli Card Exceptions tab - I've been trying to clear this up with over 200+ exceptions in our box and asked a Stampli employee to help clear them and he said it was a coding issue and took it up with the Stampli engineering team - every time I ask the Stampli account manager she just replies saying she does not have an update from their development team. There is no question of where an invoice is in the system or if it is even in the system which makes it easy for both operations and accounting to know where it is quickly. As a controller, I like being able to look at the invoice side-by-side with the general ledger detail and approvals on one page. All of that is needed for me to approve each invoice for payment. Without having everything in front of me, I would need to find the invoice, find out who and when it was approved, and then call up the program manager to see where it should be coded. I like that it imports directly into our accounting system. This is a huge time-saving benefit which take the manual data entry and its pitfalls out of the equation for seamless entry. All staff members have been trained on invoice entry into Stampli so the implementation was easy. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** I think introducing more robust reporting tools would make Stampli a better system. I has been confusing to figure out reports and to add fields to existing reports like check numbers. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to know if an invoice has been entered into the payment system and where it is in the payment system has always been a challenge. If i didn't have time to immediately approve an invoice, it would get lost or I would forget that it exists. Stampli keeps all of the invoices that need approval right in one place for me to manage. It is easy to use and I love that I can see and download the attachments as well. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** I don't have any necessary downsides, but if I was to choose one, it is that there doesn't seem to be any time to "undo" an approval or change it. For example, I was recently sent an invoice that wasn't mine to approve. So, I declined it as "not mine" and assigned it to someone else. About two seconds after I reassigned it, I realized I had assigned to the wrong person. But, it was too late, and I had to then email Accounting and both approvers to let them know to fix the assignee. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organization issues with keeping different types of invoices separated and approved. I am much more timely with my approvals which keeps my Accounting department pleased. ### 49. There are glitches I don't understand such as transactions being approved, then "Disappearing" for weeks. They don't come up when searched for specifically. Credit card mobile app takes over an hour for a receipt to upload, even when wifi is available Implementation has taken weeks **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only problem I see right now that is being solved is online filing replacing hard copies. Our company is trying to move to that. I do find that feature helpful. I would like to see Stampli get a different credit card NOT WEX and a visa if possible.
