I can't tell you how many vendors that claimed their product was "plug-and-play" left me with a 9 month implementation project. This was not the case with Stampli. In fact, it was so easy we moved up our NetSuite launch date. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** Stampli support is not 24/7 and is closed on holidays. This has proved challenging on some non-traditional holidays when our offices open and we run into a production issue. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stampli has allowed us to eliminate the printing of checks on site which is about on the only reason our staff needs to come into the office. We are also able to transition more vendors to ACH. Our organization consists of many companies that are spread out across. Stampli has allowed us to bring all of them onto a single AP platform and eliminate all paper processing of invoices. ### 2. Many of our vendors are used for our different companies so it gets confused when we change the coding based on the working entity/location. I also wish pre-planned approvers were automatically included in our plan. I need to refer to a separate document every day and sometimes Billy recommends the wrong people. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stampli helps in many ways. Loading invoices, inputing data, sending for approvals, creating payments, vendor management...these are all very easy tasks within the system. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** My two biggest pain points. 1. Communication with Netsuite! Linking invoices, vendor info, and PO details are PAINFUL. It may be that our team just requires more training to understand the communication between the two systems. 2. The length of time it takes our vendors to receive their payments! We constantly get complaints from vendors that our ACH process takes way too long. Ideally, once we hit "pay" our vendors should see money in their accounts in no more than 48 hours. It should not take 5-7 days to get an electronic payment through the Authomated Clearing House (ACH).
