The approvers have an easy reviewing and approving invoices, this helps to streamline our workflow. We found it very helpful to integrate the vendor portal, it gave us the ability to be able to dispute/correct invoices all within the system. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** Overall very happy with Stampli. Invoices gets processed so quickly and are easily traceable. It's pretty straight forward and easy to navigate. The communication options between users. approvers and outsiders make it easy to have all the information located in one place. The customer service is fantastic. The chat feature is great and you get your questions answered within minutes. I would receommend Stampli to everyone. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** The one thing I didn't like about Stampli was not being able to mass change posting periods to the next one after a posting period closed. But that has now been fixed. I give Stampli a 10 out of 10. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stampli keeps all of our invoices organized. Users can look through their previously approved invoices and pull data down for themselves without relying on AP to do so. This saves so much time within AP. The ability to customize reporting, mass update, along with track your invoices down to the account code and area really appealed to our company and our needs. The customer service aspect has been very impressive. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** I would say that due to being in the early stages of Stampli I don't have any complaints at this time. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company did not have any type of invoice tracking system, we had visited and demo-ed a few different programs however Stampli really stuck out to me as I would be the main user. The recording and tracking of our invoices will allow us to identify patterns and follow every step that the invoice takes from received date to processing to being sent for approval. Along with the tracking we are looking forward to being able to better account for accruals at the end of the month, keeping a better eye on our expenses and work in tandem with our accounting system eventually. ### 17. We often have a date issue when bills should be dated after the export in a different period within Netsuite before closing. Sometimes I want to look at specific things and often that takes downloading multiple out-of-the-box reports and merging the data. I also would like to send approvals to mulitple people with having it go through a chain. More if multiple people can be on an approval, but only one person is required to approve. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** The mundane task for matching a PO to a bill can leave anyone distraught. By Stampli doing most of the heavylifting for you, AP can actually have some enjoyment in what they do. ### 21. We also utilize the stampli card, which has been such a help to give employee's one-time use (virtual) cards to use as needed. It integrates seemlessly with QBO and the customer support with Stampli is PHENOMENAL! They're so incredibly helpful and responsive. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** The only "complaint" we have is recurring invoices from our vendors - it will flag it as a duplicate, so you have to verify every time. Which is a great tool for catching actual duplicates, but I wish there was a feature to mark an invoice as a monthly recurring transaction. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a ton of vendor invoices to enter in daily, so being able to use templates and pull parts straight from QBO and not have to type in every single thing is great. Also, being able to submit payment from the same system and schedule it out - it's very intuitive (unlike most bank applications we've demoed). ### 22. After the intial AP invoice scan, Billy the bot will auto fill in the invoice data! Not only does it auto fill in generic invoicing data like amount and bill date, but it will also generate the vendor name, subsidary, approvers, and even a GL account - directly from your ERP Data. Although the system is not perfect, it is a great feature to streamline AP processing. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** Stampli does not have a lot of customization capabilities. When utilizing advanced search, you cannot customize the columns of data to review. When operating in the reports/dashboard feature - I could not save and personalize the reports to my needs. Additionally, once an invoice is exported into the ERP system, it cannot be updated. You must adjust the data in both softwares - Stampli and your ERP system. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stampli is automating the invoicing timelines by providing AI generated recomendations based on each invoice and the prior billing history with that vendor. ### 26. The only thing that I could see being better is the abilty to cancel/move batches of payments from pending approval back to select to pay instead of one by one.
