I no longer have to have all my paper copies of bills saved from week to week because Stampli saves them for me. I can find them quickly by searching key words rather than searching through the file cabinet. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** I wish that when reimbursing employees we could upload multiple receipts to create one bill. I like that all the input and output chronological data about the invoice is available through the Print option. Also, the ability to question my peers. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** When searching for a vendor, if the wrong vendor is selected from the dropdown menu and I click the cancel (X) button, the dropdown does not stay on that vendor. Instead, it resets, and I have to re-enter the vendor name from scratch. I would prefer that the active line remains on the vendor I mistakenly selected, so I can easily choose the correct one from the line above or below. For example, among these options: AZPAIPROEBF AZPAIPROACS AZPAIPROTMC If I need to select AZPAIPROACS but accidentally choose AZPAIPROEBF, when I cancel, the dropdown should return to AZPAIPROEBF (the one I mistakenly picked). The clear format is great, as it allows you to see who has viewed and participated in the review so far. It's a very quick and seamless process. I also appreciate that the invoices show how long they have been sitting and when the services were rendered, and it allows you to include your notes and supporting documentation. It's far superior to the way we used to communicate with vendors independently because there's not the same type of added pressure. The initial setup was so easy; once we determined who would be assigned to what type of invoice, we were easily able to set the settings accordingly. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** I wish it would maybe send you a reminder "Hey you have had an invoice waiting for 2 weeks". They will notify you when you receive an invoice but not when they become past timely. It also identifies duplicate invoices by showing a pop-up that alerts us before saving it. I would like to add, if it is possible if we have the option to directly sync the bill to accounting software once processed. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** So we don't have the option to go and edit the invoice once it is assigned to the approvers so the only option is to ask them to reject the invoice to make any changes. and we also have to wait until all the approvers have approved the bill for it to sync to the accounting software and once the invoice syncs then we dont have the option to edit the invoice in the accounting software. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** So in our organization for a few of the vendors, Bill doesn't support, and we cannot process multicurrency invoices, so in such scenarios, Stampli helps us to process those invoices and sync them to Intacct.
