I'm also considering using it with potential clients, too. Overall, I think the software has a lot of potential. They are still working out some bugs, but the roadmap is promising, and there is enough functionality that I feel comfortable using it with my clients. I haven't used customer support too much, but they've been quick to reply and come off friendly. There is a lot of potential, and I appreciate how easy it is to update templates so there is brand consistency and so I don't have to duplicate work manually. **What do you dislike about Stageset?** Currently, emails are not reliable if you want to have Stageset directly email clients to invite them to their "room." There are interesting ways to increase security of the information so only the right people have access, like white listing the domain of the emails that would have access. I'm also waiting to get access to CNAME so links can be white label. While it isn't a big deal if my clients know that I'm using this software, I'm a small business seeking to look professional and stand out. However, there is a noticeable learning curve associated with the setup process. Despite this, the final output is a polished rendition of what is typically a standard PDF. This feature alone makes the platform noteworthy, although it is advisable to monitor its development for further improvements **What do you dislike about Stageset?** The platform requires some time to fully understand how its various components integrate. While it offers robust support for embedding certain elements, there is room for improvement in terms of stronger embed capabilities and more comprehensive integrations. Setting up the templates will be the most time extensive things you do in stageset. After that its 1 click and you have your interactive proposal ready. In the app is a live chat for support if needed. The only thing i needed em for was asking about new features :) So thats great. If the e-signing and pricing table is live. We will use stageset as primary proposal tool everyday. **What do you dislike about Stageset?** The app still has limited features. However a lot are in development :) Like e-signing and pricing table **What problems is Stageset solving and how is that benefiting you?** In IT creating proposals are a hard thing to do. A lot of information is needed to show the customer what they get. If sending them a word proposal with all the techstuff in it. They get overwhelmed. Using stageset makes it a lot easier. We split the functional stuff from the tech stuff. The end users can select and read only what they want to read.
