(1)5.0/5

Staffello is the complete staffing agency platform built for small and mid-size agencies. Unlike per-user tools like Bullhorn or Ceipal, Staffello charges per company — so your costs don't grow as you add consultants. Manage your entire operation in one platform: ATS & recruiting, time tracking, client invoicing, contractor invoices, payroll summary, expense management, document templates, onboarding, and LMS — all unified under one login. Staffello solves the real problems agencies face: fragmented tools, per-user pricing that punishes growth, and platforms built for enterprise that are too complex for small to mid-size teams. Starting at $25/month flat. No per-user fees. No long-term contracts.
