Staff Connect has some great tools for staffing, calendars, document uploads and staff profiles. Best of all it’s super user friendly and works great on mobile devices. I truly have no dislikes or complaints about my many years of use of this platform. Numerous staffing agencies have used this platform and I highly prefer it every time. I like that it is user friendly for everyone! When I speak to clients, they tell me it was the easiest platform to use. Here in the office we find it easy as well. StaffConnect is an awesome tool that delivers a powerful mobile employee engagement platform that transforms the employee experience by enabling enterprises to connect, communicate and engage their entire workforce, especially with the remote workforce booming right now! I would really like to see more customization options within the platform to enable locations the opportunity to differentiate themselves from others. The calendar view is great for freelancers who’s work is based around availability. It opens each potential job in a new tab, saving you from having to open multiple windows. The buttons and organization of the site could be streamlined and better designed. At a previous employer, we needed to know how we were doing. We looked around and found StaffConnect to be exactly what we were looking for. Being that it is a mobile solution our employees were able to complete their review without computer access. It gave our employees a voice which was important in keeping them happy. Pricing was also great, with their unlimited plan being very affordable! The tracking and analytics features made it easy to see exactly what we were doing right, and wrong, and enabled us to quickly implement changes to make employees not only happy but more productive.
