Staff Circle is a very efficient way of approaching performance evaluation as well as annual appraisal.

I think sometimes we had some issues with users that weren't able to leave a feedback, either for a lack of training or for being not familiar with the UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are quite a few bugs to be fixed for example if you look at the organisation. We really cannot see the complete name of people because of the way its designed.

Viewing the companies' holidays and absences. Makes this easier to manage and assists a lot with my job role. File accessibility is a bit frustrating, you can't easily move a document to the correct folder in someone's file. Instead, you are required to download it and upload it again which I think is unnecessary. Some aspects of Staff Circle are great but would be more beneficial if some of them were automated i.e. Work Anniversary awards and removing an employee off the system if they have left the company.
