We are currently using the platform to manage annual leave and it seenms to work well. We are due to start using is to manage staff performance and 1-2-1's etc which will stream line the process over how we currently do things Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue i am aware of so far is that when booking leave, the approver only receives a single email which can be easily missed. I would like to see this changed in the future so that reminder emails are sent and get more frequent until approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Staff circle is easy to use and accessible by everyone in the business. It allows for internal interaction, performance reviews and internal communications. With the internal communications, I like the features of being able to interact with posts made.

I also like that it can be accessed from my mobile device, so i dont have to go onto my work laptop to access all info i require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features are not as clear to use, or take more time to work out. Such as the booking Holiday. or seeing other members of the business time off/avaliability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

StaffCircle is incredibly easy to use. Its company news section feels like social media, which makes it engaging.

The system is much clearer and more intuitive to use than our previous system.

I work in a fixed-term contract, part-time position, so my line manager and I aren't fully utilising all of the available features since they're not necessarily applicable to me - perhaps there is a way to tailor the platform a little more to each user depending on whether they are in a full-time/part-time position and/or on a long-term/fixed-term contract. I like how easy to use it is.

I like the noticeboard and the notification section.

Also as a manager I like the team section - looking up employees, saving 1-1 forms, approving holiday, etc.

Not all staff engage with it which makes it frustrating.

The internal comms posts only get a few likes each time which is a shame.

The most helpful aspect of the Staff Circle Performance Managment Platform has been the personalization, customization and training provided by Staff Circle.

The trainer Laura Rogg played a pivotal role in ensuring our team was not only well-informed and trained but also inspired to embrace the changes. I sometimes get confused as to when I am in the "Myself" or "Manage" functions - simple colour code would be easy recognisable - but that is more me and not really a dislike of the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
