I have used other packages previously but this one is so easy and simple to use. You don't need to be the best designer to get a product that looks professional and engaging. If I had to be picky, it would possibly be the way you have to log in as other users to send from that account, as opposed to simply changing the 'From' field, but it really is a minor niggle!
