Staff Khata connects attendance to salary in one app for Indian SMBs with 10-500 staff. Owners, HR teams and supervisors can replace scattered registers and month-end spreadsheets with a shared workflow. Capture attendance from Realtime biometric devices, a QR that rotates every 40 seconds or selfie + GPS radius punches. Review field routes, stops and distance, with fake-GPS detection. Receive WhatsApp/SMS punch alerts and summaries. Manage shift rosters, leave approvals, advances and reimbursements; run monthly or weekly payroll and generate payslip PDFs. Export statutory reports in Excel/PDF for review. Staff Khata serves factories, shops, retail chains and field sales or service teams through cloud software on web, Android and iOS, with 55 languages. Free sign-up; contact for plans.
