Instead of one generic system, STAFF AI is set up by industry, so a food plant, a machine shop and an injection molder each open with screens built around the records that type of plant keeps. The industry versions share a set of core screens: a dashboard with a To do today list, orders and due dates, work orders and output entry, a shop floor screen for operators, stock with safety stock levels, material orders, shipping and returns, receivables, incoming inspection, master data for customers and items, and shift handover notes. Industry screens add the records each type of plant keeps. In the food version these include CCP checks against set critical limits, raw material lots with use-by dates, lot tracing, shipping certificates, and meat screens for carcass intake, deboning and packing, and traceability numbers. The metal machining version adds a shop floor board, work routing, dimension checks, heat number tracing, tool and die life, outside processing and machines. The injection molding version adds presses, a mold register, process sheets, resin drying, regrind and resin records, and defects and first articles. Versions are also available for auto parts, cosmetics, electronic parts, mold and die making, chemicals, coatings and adhesives, and textiles and apparel sewing. A chat panel is built into the system. Staff ask in plain words, for example whether there were any CCP deviations today or when tools are due for change, and the chat answers from the plant's own records; for a CCP deviation, the answer lists the reading, the limit, the held lots and the next steps. Before anything is saved, the chat shows a confirmation card, so a person decides before a record is written, and some saves, such as a new order, can be undone within 24 hours. When asked about data it does not hold, such as payroll, the chat says so instead of guessing. The dashboard brings open deviations, checks left today, items below safety stock, orders due soon and defect types into one view, so a supervisor can see the state of the day at a glance. Operators use the shop floor screen to see open work orders, enter output, finish a job or call for help. STAFF AI is web based and runs in a browser on a PC or phone, with nothing to install. Screens can be switched between English and Korean. Free English demos open in the browser without sign-up for nine industries. Each demo uses one made-up company, and its data resets early every morning, so visitors can add orders, enter output and ask questions on sample data. Free factory forms in Excel and PDF, such as work orders, CCP monitoring logs, tool life logs and mold maintenance logs, are also published without sign-up.
