## Stackline Reviews
  ### 1. Helpful for Data-Driven Decisions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

I like that Stackline helps me compare my company's performance with that of our closest competitors with up-to-date data. It is also a great aggregator of our own data which helps us to come up with insights that we may have not noticed otherwise. It helps us to ask and answer the right questions to make the biggest impact. It is also very beginner friendly.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

It is not real-time and 100% accurate with its data. It is very close, but there is enough differentiation to make you double-check with internal data.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How do our competitors present themselves in the market and how are they performing?

We are able to match our competitors where appropriate and surpass them.

  ### 2. Easy-To-Use Data Tool For Amazon Data Analysis

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William David A. | Analytics Lead E-commerce, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

Realiable and on hand data about Amazon Sales and Traffic

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

The keyword is good but maybe a connection of share of voice and sales could be good to go for more accurate insigths about ad inversion on keywords and SEO.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackline helps to understand our sales and traffic flow and how it is evolving vs competitors. It drives to support market decisions, ads expenses and best way to tackle competitors strategy in the market categories we are really intersted.

  ### 3. A tool which helps you to open your eyes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos R. | E-commerce and Digital MKT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

This tool helps me to know where i'm standing, the size of the price and the performance of our competititors and the opportunities in other categories

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

Unfortunately, every time you enter into the tool you need to set the markets again, given that the tool don't save your profile and need to set the market you want to review every time

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helped us to know the size of the price and creat stategies to drive our efforts on AMZ

  ### 4. Love working with Stackline!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corey B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

I really enjoy how easy Stackline makes it to create subcateogries and view item performance. This has allowed me to create categories and quickly see item performance at a top level view. It significantly reduces the amount of time that it takes me to filter through products.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

I do not love how comparison data is extracted in excel. I would perfer to see this year item performance and last year item performance all on one line. That makes viewing performance easier and would allow for the data to easily be addded to a pivot table in excel.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackline is helping me understand my companies performance at Amazon and Stackline for internal reporting purposes. From a category advisor perspective, it helps me understand the competitive performance across retailers.

  ### 5. Great tool, service and valuable insights!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aylin Riker C. | Senior Insights Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

The team! Our account team is so responsive and brings us lots of interesting value-add insights.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

While I find the Atlas tool easy to use, it might be slightly intimidating for people less familiar with data. It also seemed to be quite complex to set up Beacon but I think that was more on Amazon's side than Stackline.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding our market share performance, drivers & drainers of performance, and competitor activity.

  ### 6. Good!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan Felipe P. | Consumer Online Sales Analyst LATAM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

Excellent toolfor Retail Intelligence, easy to use, and always with Stackline support.

There is a wealth of information available and the user interface makes it easy to find specific nuggets. The team helps to ensure that it is actionable.

There is so much data that one can easily get lost! There aren't enough hours in a day to learn everything that is possible.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackline gives us visibility to our Amazon business and allows us to understand our role in the category.

  ### 8. Top Notch technology and experienced consultant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

1.Expertise of Amazon's vendor portal and some internal process 2. Great reporting and deep analysis 3. Knowledgable consultants.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

I dont have any so far. The only concern I have is just the retail data is not on daily basis and not capture its original order date which make the evaluation of big event's performance a bit difficult.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helping to unpack all hidden info about shortage.

  ### 9. Effective and very interactive data analytic tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Estefen Ariel L. | E- Commerce Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

The ability to fully segment out the competition or the entire market on a phrase match, exact match string or more based on your needs.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

The category naming - Terminology and how its different then Amazon.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything from market share analysis, traffic on a brand to none brand level, competitor CPC on top terms, and growth of potential future product lines that need to be developed.

  ### 10. Data driven insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varun K. | Media manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

The accuracy of data provided on stackline is simply too good. Such data is critical in understanding consumer behaviour and analysing competition strategies. Highly recommended to drive business growth and better e commerce visibility.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

The date ranges we select are by each week. Would've been helpful if it can be toggled by each day.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Competition analysis and category trends data that isn't provided by Amazon

  ### 11. Valuable data and insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanne N. | eCommerce Account Manager-HBAC, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

The Stackline platform is a great data tool to understand consumer trends, traffic, and sales. It allows my team to be proactive to the market and gain competitive insights.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

While I realize collecting 3P data can be complex on Amazon it would be nice if the data was more accurate, given the fluctuations in 3P share it's hard to determine what percent is 1P vs 3P sales.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackline provides a 360 view to sales drivers, gaining insight into sales trends and promotions that are on Amazon.com. It also gives us insight to emerging brands so we can proactively react and add to our assortment if necessary.

  ### 12. Stackline helps our small team obtain insights and deploy easily! Do more with less.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie N. | Director of Marketing & Ecommerce, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

Stackline is simple to use, and presents a lot of data in a simplistic format.
While there is a small learning curve, it is easy to get started. Our team had no challenges getting up and running in a matter of weeks. The implementation was easy with a little bit of planning, the customer support has been very good; they have stuck with us for all of our tough questions. We use the system everyday to check up on our campaigns. Stackline makes it easy to manage many campaigns across categories at the same time. There were a few minor issues that were worked out right away, and the bots have been working for us for over a year now! We are believers

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

The interface is so very clean that one can drill down several levels and forget where you are. The pages look very similar to each other.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackline offers competative intelligence across our categories in real time. It gives us performance insights about our competitors that we can't get anyplace else.

  ### 13. A lifesaving tool for both management of Ad spend and reporting to users within our company.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

Stackline has truly become a swiss army knife for our Amazon 1P buisness. We are a small Toys and Game company (specializing in Puzzles and Games) and we list a robust catalog (primarily of Child ASINs on Amazon). We have a keyword and product targeting ad strategy that requires a lot of setup time to make possible. Stackline allows us to seemlessly adjust our bidding strategy (in real time) and gives suggestions on the best keywords to use (and sometimes discontinue using). Stackline's technical support is responsive (usually getting me an answer within a few hours) and the online training and guidance is both informative and intuitive to search and implement.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

As a 1P vendor we have to apply some internal logic (within our database driven systems not connected with Stackline) in order to convert a target from a "3P Target" to a "1P Target." If there was a tool that would track and do this for us (in real time like the automated bidding tool), that would take some manual work off our collective plates.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to buid out A-B Testing through Stackline's automated bidding and reporting tools. We are constantly monitoring what is working and what is not.

  ### 14. Data I trust

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bethany S. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

I trust the data I get from Stackline and know it's not going to change significantly if I need to re-pull data. It's easy to use and understand.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

I would like to see more reporting options/graph creation options.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clear and reliable market segment data.

  ### 15. I have been using Stackline for 18 months now and it doesn't take much time to get used to it

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ameer K. | Sr. Media Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

Data is very accurate. easy to use and self-explanatory and no. of features

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

Takes to much time to load pages and we can use only one slide at a time

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping in saving much time and data efficiency to above average

  ### 16. The only accurate syndicated database for Amazon Data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taman Deep Singh B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

The category sizing and competition data is pretty accurate, I know this cause I have worked with Amazon for several years and different data points (only shareable ones) that Amazon teams have shared with me are very close to what I see on Stackline.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

The mismapping of ASINs, in categories sometimes leads to inaccurate category sizing. Our own ASINs which have existed on Amazon for a while all of sudden disappear from stackline reporting.
Customer support can be extremely tardy.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of the time revenue is only a partial indicator of performance, particularly in mature, saturated categories. Stackline continuously feeds market intelligence for a brand to understand it's relative market standing which can inform business decision making like whether we need to dial up our marketing spends or increase promotions.

  ### 17. Reliable and helpful data for competitor analysis

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

The data avaiable is quite indepth and gives you visibility of the market that I don't know of any other way to get. After some tests, it appears the data is quite reliable and so is now a prominant part in my reporting and competitior analysis. The support has been quite helpful when I have had questions.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

The dashboard can be a little complicated to get use to, but I just download the data as a CSV and work from there so it isnt a problem. Appart from that I cant fault it too much, but I am not a power user, and just use it for simple competitior sales/adspend analysis

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me to see competitior performance that I wouldnt be able to normally.

  ### 18. Valuable tool for evaluating Amazon metrics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julian S. | e-Commerce Sales and Policy Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

The ability to show how well a brand is performing on Amazon

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

Not able to break down metrics per seller.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing us the potenitial of Amazon if we had more control of the market.

  ### 19. Extremely user friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul P. | Senior Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

User friendly visualization, Accuracy of data, well-defined metrics

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

Weekly data refresh cycle, sources of other traffic not tracked

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Market share movement, competition intelligence

  ### 20. Really helpful data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

We find a lot of business uses for Stackline tools and services. We use the Atlas tool across our organization, use Drive for advertising automation, and also contract with Stackline for advertising managed services.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

In Atlas, the categorization of products is sometimes incorrect. Because the client pays for data by category, this means that relevant category products are sometimes not represented in views of overall category or competitor brand sales. Problems like this then have to be corrected manually by the Stackline team. Greater "hygiene" around product categorization would be helpful and make the Stackline's market data more fully trustable.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackline helps us understand market size and competitor strength for product categories we operate in.

  ### 21. Working with the Experts in the business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah D. | Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

I like the knowledge they have about their business and how quick they are to react to changes. The platforms are amazing to use! I like how Atlas is updated weekly and how intuitive the platform is.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

Very few connects with them, we have biweekly connects with them that cover all brands, but when deeper dives are needed I feel a lack of support. For atlas,it would be great if 3P was separated from our brands sales.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackline is helping us analyse category growth and brand growth in relation to competition. It also helps us improve PDP content through the content scores and analyse Sales and promotions over time.

  ### 22. Sweet Sweet Data!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

Stackline's dashboard is easy to use and gets you the insights you need into your business if you take the time to learn it.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

Custom filter processes can use improvement.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackline delivers marketshare and customer review insights that are otherwise unavailable through Amazon, which is crucial for planning and decision-making in a fast paced business.

  ### 23. Very informational, could use more features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

Gives crucial insight into the market landscape. The ability to drill down to specific categories and see other products is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

I wish there was an ability to more easily customize reports and have them automated to send on a recurring basis so I don't have to manually export data every time.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking share of my company against key competitors.

  ### 24. Far Exceeds Expectations; Best Amazon Agency I've Worked With

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

Their software is simple, yet powerful. Easy to navigate, full of incredible insights, and makes evaluating performance and opportunities so much easier, especially for very large organizations. I manage a business with 6 brands and over 9,000 ASINs, so I expected bumpy onboarding - but not at all. Setting up the software only took a few weeks and setting up new campaigns took 4 months. Ever since transitioning from our former agency, our efficiency has increased dramatically.

I transitioned to Stackline beause of their flexible service model, offering self service and full service ad support, so i can evolve to manage in-house at some point - however, their ad team is so wonderful, knowledgeable, responsive and all around amazing, I've stayed under their full service support. They continue to improve and innovate their already incredible software, and it's a game changer for any mass scale vendor on Amazon.

If there is ever any question on whether this is a tool you'd even use, let me tell you, I live in these tools. Atlas and Beacon are a must have for Amazon vendors - my team and I use them multiple times a day. Any time there is a question about SKU or category performance, we can gather data from both tools to see what's happening and proactively idenify opportunities to improve performance.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

There's nothing to dislike - top notch all around.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes my teams and I more efficient and successful by uncovering insights we would otherwise be blind to.

  ### 25. Excellent start to our partnership

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

Very excited to begin our partnership with Stackline and have had excellent service and interaction thus far. Their data platforms are also incredibly insightful and easy to use, and will certainly help with strategic planning for our brands.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

Nothing to dislike this far about the partnership.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insights into category performance, competitor activity and optimization of ad campaigns.

  ### 26. Expensive, but incredibly insightful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

Stackline is kind of binary - either you invest the time in learning it, and then using, or don't sign up.

If you do though, it offers an incredible wealth of information about competitors, categories, all of which allows for a better understanding of not only opportunities, but where you're performing relative to peer sets.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

It's expensive. Some of the reporting can be a bit hard to first learn.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How are we performing relative to our peer set?

Who's growing faster than us?

If we want to go into a new subcategory, what does that look like? What's the average ad spend that we would have to budget for, what's the average selling price, etc...?

  ### 27. A great set of tools that continues to evolve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

The tools are helpful to be able to see results pretty quickly / real time and customize the data to fit your needs and answer key questions. The tools keep improving and adding more customization options.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

Sometimes there are glitches and data needs to be restated.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackline tools help diagnose the reasons behind the results

  ### 28. Very nice & helpful tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

The dataoverview and accuracy is very high and the tool is very fast. It helps us a lot to measure our business with Amazon in Germany

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

Not a lot, because Stackline try to improve our needs as fast as possible and working steady on their product

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To get a holistic overview about the relevant marketplaces

  ### 29. Good Data, Good Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

SL is good at providing extrapolated data to help you understand the market size and players on Amazon.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

SL Drive is still a w.i.p, but is usefull for automated bid adjustments.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SL offers good data to see where leaks in revenue are occuring in mktplc, as well as how competitors are doing in comparision.

  ### 30. Great tool for eCommerce market intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

It helps to track eCommerce market trend like sales/traffic/conversion and competitive analysis.
It is easy to use for selecting period what you want to analyaze.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

If it shows more data brand by brand, it will be more easy to use.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to see my brand position and ecommerce market trend.

  ### 31. View Key Metrics and Period Comparisons Easily

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

I like that it is easy to view key metrics on an account level and on a product level ata a quick glance with a lin chart showing the trends for the specific KPI. I love that I can group products together into Segments and view KPIs for those segments.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

Some parts of the software are difficult to navigate as there are many specific KPI charts that I would like to view but just takes a few clicks to get to it. Ovrall though, that is a very minor issue and I love the tool.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For Amazon reporting it is sometimes difficult to understand KPI trends for a product at a quick glance. Stackline provides line charts/graphs that allow me to view KPIs on one page and undrstand of the KPI is improving or is on a decline. It also shows the data in comparison to the previous period.

  ### 32. Great tool & client service!

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding category trends, our brands performance and competitor performance/activity. Helping us optimise our Amazon strategy.

  ### 33. There is not a better set of tools for comprehensive and actionable insight gathering

The main downside of Stackline is waiting for the data to update during key events or time periods, delayed reporting.

We have been looking for a tool like this for years. Lot of amazing data available along with graphs and export features

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

The fact that you get access to the tool only category-wise. It would be helpful if real-time data was available too - for eg. I would want to see the pricing as of today as compared to last week.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding category sizes and where we stand against competition. Optimizing ad spend, figuring our focus categories, market shares, etc

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

Time it takes for Beacon to update. This information would be helpful to have on Monday as opposed to Tuesday or even Wednesday on a weekly basis.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traffic and Conversion Metrics. Utilizing Beacon and Atlas simultaneously allows us to compare how our brand converts versus the competing brands.

  ### 42. Achieve Digital Shelf Excellence with Stackline

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario E. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

Easy to use platform with robust features and strong customer support are among some of the big advantages of Stackline.

Market intelligence and the ability to understand your industry online. Stackline alows you to monitor key competitors/brands and their performance + market share vs your company, while unconvering top performing items, shopper insights, and keywords to help inform your product and eCommerce strategy.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

Some data alignment and integrity issues. We've noticed that Beacon/1P data doesn't always 100% align with our internal numbers.

Also Stackline preset categories / segments are at times misaligned with how our company views the category - ex. non relevant brands for Wheels & Action as an example.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring industry and cateogry performance, key competitors and unconvering product, shopper and keyword insights to optimize and grow our eComm sales.

  ### 43. All-in-one commerce platform for Amazon

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ketan K. | Ecommerce Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

The tool that I like most is Market analysis. It monitors the traffic, conversion, sales and advertising performance of our competition brands. These incites always help to email client what would be their next move while working on a strategy. This AI based tool also provides a deep analysis of keywords and trends for a particular time period compared to the prior. This also provides Market share trend, Traffic and conversion rate, and Marketing Analytics.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

This tool has a huge database and provides various key matrices for a particular brand that is sold on Amazon. It shows the number of units being sold on Amazon and it tells you whether it was through sponsored ads organic or another social media platform. However, we can not track the actual source of traffic for other marketplaces such as Facebook or Google.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool measures the organic and paid traffic of every product and campaign as well as retail sales for every product. Amazon's marketplace is expanding day by day from one region to another such as Dubai or Saudi Arabia. There are no other tools than Stackline that can provide traffic & conversion rate as well as shopper behavior on Amazon marketplace. Market analysis tool monitor the traffic, conversion, sales and advertising performance of our competition. Keyword traffic tool measures keyword-level search volumes, traffic, advertising activity and more. This data helps in optimising the product title and bullet points. It also gives the potential keywords that we can target in the campaigns.

  ### 46. Stackline

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

Data accuracy is always a question and there's not confidence metric to validate

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Category size and market share. Helps understand our trend, any new competitors that are stealing share.

  ### 47. Reliable platform, but ever evolving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shana M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

Best tool for viewing brand performance within a market and competitive set for ecommerce. The data visualizations, fx of publish and customization options are very helpful, however with the predictive algorithm model for sales and units projections can cause larger than industry standard variations in data for syndicated data. Can be challenging for keeping internal support up if the data continues to restate or move too much, especially for historicals.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

Data moves quite a bit, more so on certain retailers than others (Chewy), which can cause a lack of confidence in the data internally. Also, turn time for issue resolutions can be lengthy, which can be frustrating. Finally, would like greater ability for comparisons across more than just 1:1 to see multiple retailers side by side or segments side by side so can understand shifts in business across the marketplace and not just within a retailer. Would also like capability to multiselect retailers for a summed view of category in marketplace.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supposed to be getting better with parent/child SKU mapping on Chewy allowing for more accurate $ valuations, but is taking time and multiple data restatements. Also, supposed to be working on better product taxonomy mapping so can more easily view segments within a category to get deeper level insights.

  ### 48. The data in Stackline is very insightful which helps me to do a deeper analysis.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** XinYue Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Stackline?**

I like the competitive information in Stackline, ease of use, the great customer support, and the reporting download feature.

**What do you dislike about Stackline?**

I wish it could include the DSP/STV data and the data range can be longer than 3 years.

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provided the competitive view across all the categories and also the sales trends with weekly data.

  ### 49. Stackline is responsive and executes our campaigns very effectively.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What problems is Stackline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackline is helping us with performance marketing and also had great analytical tools.

  ### 50. great tool
