Stackfield is not only DSGVO compliant, but meets the highest privacy and data security standards. All data is stored in Germany, access outside the EU is not possible. In addition, Stackfield is the only provider that protects all project management and entire workflows with end-to-end encryption. Thus, no one can see the contents of chat messages, tasks or files - not even the employees of Stackfield. The difference? Data protection is on a completely different level. But the most helpful thing is that everything is in one place (tasks, projects and chat) without having to constantly switch between tools. This saves an enormous amount of time and coordination effort in day-to-day work. What’s more, the barrier to entry for new team members is surprisingly low, which makes rolling it out across the whole company much easier. The support is also truly outstanding. The granular permissions management for integrating external partners and customers works flawlessly and securely too. **What do you dislike about Stackfield?** I can’t find anything to criticize at the moment **What problems is Stackfield solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before switching to Stackfield, I constantly struggled with fragmented workflows, a never-ending flood of internal emails, and growing concerns over data compliance. Stackfield solved all of these operational headaches for me by acting as a secure, all-in-one digital workspace. Instead of forcing my team to constantly switch between separate applications for chat, task management, and file sharing, I was able to centralize all of our communication and project tracking in a single location. This drastically reduced our tool clutter and replaced messy email threads with organized, context-specific discussions tied directly to our active tasks. I also found that Stackfield solved the common problem of low user adoption; its clean and highly intuitive interface meant my team didn't need lengthy training, allowing us to get to work with high engagement from day one. Finally, it completely solved my worries regarding GDPR compliance and data security. You collaborate across companies, sharing tasks, documents and chats — plus video calls and screen sharing without any local install. The only tool of its kind that's truly GDPR-compliant. Top service whenever questions come up. **What do you dislike about Stackfield?** Tasks can only be assigned to rooms, so you need a little workaround — creating your own room to act as a personal to-do list. Not ideal. You also get updates from rooms you're not really involved in, which is mildly annoying but bearable. **What problems is Stackfield solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it for project management across every team and department. The best part is that communication happens right alongside all the other functions via the central team chat.
