Getting started was as easy as connecting AirTable and bringing all my tables over. Then I just had to clean a few things up and I was ready to go. When I had a support issue, I heard back with a solution within about 12 hours. Not bad! **What do you dislike about Stackby?** Stackby doesn't have quite as modern of an interface as SmartSuite, but it makes up for that with an abundance of features at a lower price--especially for guests (they're free!). **What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?** I hate having all my business assets in a bunch of different platforms. This allows me to pull my spreadsheets, business image and copy assets together, and more. Simplicity for the win! ### 2. The video and documentation are adequate for average users. For more complex solutions they have a community and will also schedule a one on one “demo” meeting. These guys have a great product and are working hard to add additional functionality and earn customer support. If you’re in the market it’s worth your time to give them a try. **What do you dislike about Stackby?** The templates can be a little lacking for more complex solutions. For example, they have a bulk invoice solution on a separate template from their inventory management template. The inventory management solution has a purchasing and invoicing solution buy very simple, and not a bulk solution. The functionality can be combined, but it would be great if they would build a more robust template as a starting point. **What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’ve been looking for a no-code database solution to manage inventory. Stackby offers that solution at an attractive price point. ### 4. What's the best part of Stackby is API. You can pull out any details from other integrations and have a nice data table automatically filled in. They support a lot of types for data entry which is very handy as you might have a lot of different use cases. Especially when you pull out data from different entries. **What do you dislike about Stackby?** Missing videos, onboarding or any related LMS feature that could help us to better understand how we can actually pull out data from sources via API. It has a learning curve and at the first try it took me almost a week to set up a basic table where I could inject data from Google Analytics. **Recommendations to others considering Stackby:** More updates and more native integrations please. **What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most of our team works with Excell or Google Sheets. This is very handy as we can create a data table that can be shared across our team in different departments. If they add more native integrations or at least via API or webhook that would be realy useful. The problem is when I was checking their last update it's been almost a year.... ### 5. The Guide video after login was really helpful to explore the platform. A huge amount of templates are available to explore more out of it. There is multiple Integration option like page speed, hunter this is great for all the type of collaboration. Kanban board feature is more useful. **What do you dislike about Stackby?** The UI is basic, would like to have a dark theme as more time spends on team collaboration. The chatbot is useless, it's predefined, and don't want to see it on every window. Need more features in the community forum. Forms option is not working as expected **Recommendations to others considering Stackby:** It's the best when comparing other project management tools in the market and less expensive too. **What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating a Kanban board for organizing events and roadmap. Collaboration with the team. Pull the data from the different source and analysis as a team and do project management ### 6. The software works quite quickly and smoothly. It has a lot of integrations that I've found work well. **What do you dislike about Stackby?** The visual look of pages where you open your stacks seems quite basic before entering the software itself. There are a few issues that make it less easy UI wise, such as when choosing a date, the button to go to the next page moves around a bit when clicking the next month. **Recommendations to others considering Stackby:** I've used other software like this and find this one really complete and useful overall. **What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using it to hold a database for advertising providers and where we are up to with their adverts. It's been the best tool for this after using multiple tools as it holds the info without needing it in one row only, and also keeps the info linked. ### 7. It's got a straightforward UI (very similar to Airtable). Getting data in and out is simple. Great value for money, especially on a lifetime deal. **What do you dislike about Stackby?** The integrations can be patchy, especially when you stray off the beaten path away from market leaders like Zapier or Mailchimp to more unusual vendors. There are a few unexpected behaviours and you have to be careful with data typing. **What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great for simple relational databases for small teams. It's saved lots of money compared with Airtable when you don't need that level of detail. ### 9. Everything was very straightforward and simply flexible enough to do just about anything. What makes Stackby so unique is the API and all the built-in integrations. It became so convenient to be able to link up with other apps straightaway. And the ways the company has been working and adding new integrations just about weekly is really impressive. **What do you dislike about Stackby?** Sometimes I feel the app get a bit slow. However, I think it is much faster and smoother than when I first tried at the beginning of the year. Also, I would love more selections of the templates if possible. **Recommendations to others considering Stackby:** Give it a try. Surprisingly, the ease of use at any time also proves to be remarkable in terms of using this application, as we can simplify a large number of tasks in a very practical way. The learning curve is practically non-existent, meaning for us in particular, it was very easy to learn how to use it, and having a large number of guides and educational resources like video tutorials turns out to be a great help when taking the first steps with this application. The ease with which I can share my documents with other colleagues also turns out to be something practical, as I can send my files very easily and quickly when they request it, without having to wait a long time. **What do you dislike about Stackby?** My only complaint might be that the customer service is quite poor, but it doesn't affect me much because in all the time I've only used it twice, I really had to contact support. The application doesn't have many problems like others... **What problems is Stackby solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has greatly helped us to plan and organize the activities we need to perform in our work in a very practical, agile, and efficient manner, allowing us to solve all our problems in a very simple and quick way.
