They also are unique in their approach to no minimum spend and no long term contract. But back to the service, it is the best in the biz. We also like that there are easy ways to activate display, native, audio and video in the platform. And we love having the full LiveRamp data store available on the platform. First, I love that they are constantly innovating and seeing new forms of ad distribution on different platforms. Second, they have so many great partnerships with 3rd party audience vendors without having crazy extra fee's to utilize those segments. Another thing I love is that they have so many PMP deals to utilize across CTV and audio ads. Lastly, their commitment to partnering with their clients has been phenomenal. They truly go the extra mile to help their clients feel valued and achieve their goals. **What do you dislike about StackAdapt?** I've honestly not experienced much of anything that I dislike about StackAdapt. I've worked with a few different programmatic media companies and so far, StackAdapt has not fallen short in any ways. If I had to be very critical, maybe a few extra reporting integrations with Google Data Studio would be nice, but even their current reporting is pretty comprehensive. **What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scale. We have a few clients that have a lot of grant funding that need to build a large amount of awareness and the access we have to audiences and multiple ad channels has really helped us achieve goals for our clients. ### 16. This makes them a great platform / partner for brands looking to test Programmatic Advertising without worrying about a long-term commitment. After partnering with them for ~6 months, the fantastic support from our Account Executive and Manager is what keeps us wanting to work together. They are highly receptive to our feedback, willing to help out in any way, and quick to respond. From a product perspective, the many exciting solutions to test and the level of granular data is what we like best about StackAdapt. **What do you dislike about StackAdapt?** The StackAdapt platform is missing a few features that I would find extremely helpful. For example, we currently cannot create custom fields to calculate metrics not already built into the platform (though I believe this feature is in the pipeline) and some reporting views do not have a total row. **What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?** StackAdapt is helping us maximize ROI by consolidating our Programmatic buys into one ecosystem and enabling us to leverage our 1P data in targeting. We can also test into new channels easily because there are no minimums. ### 17. They are not deal breakers and will likely be updated in future enhancements. One, the creative upload and management area is a little clunky. It works fine, just not as intuitive as the rest of the platform. Two, we would love to be able to create campaign optimization strategies around specific apps or domains, bidding them up or down, and currently, that functionality does not extend to that level. Yes, this is nitpicking, but two small areas that could be improved. **What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?** CTV is what brought us to StackAdapt over a year ago. We needed a partner that could help us combine targeting, quality inventory, attribution and cost efficiency. We had worked with a number of other partners up to that point that struggled with one or more of those check boxes. StackAdapt promised to meet them all and knocked it out of the park combining all four needs with a solid platform and equally impressive onboarding & support team. So many DSPs try to wall off advertisers behind huge minimums where StackAdapt is brining high quality RTB campaigns to everyone. **What do you dislike about StackAdapt?** I think the machine learning and bidding algorithm options are probably a little bit behind compared to some of the largest DSPs. For a large retargeting campaign I would be more inclined to go with an RTB House or similar. **What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?** StackAdapt is a quick scalable DSP for our Agency. We found other DSPs to be cumbersome with unnecessary red tape. StackAdapt got us up and running efficiently running campaigns. ### 25. Our Account team is phenomenal and continues to impress us each review we have. The Native performance has outperformed all of the other DSPs we put them in a test against. Managed service with a super reasonable minimum spend. **What do you dislike about StackAdapt?** The User Interface can feel a little confusing compared to some other DSPs. **What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?** We struggled to hit our benchmark performances for Native and Native Video campaigns. After a two month test, StackAdapt not only outperformed the competition but also exceeded benchmarks for all campaigns. ### 26. They offer hands on support from a rep that will work with you however you want, whether it's building campaigns and making changes in platform or taking a more consultative approach. ### 27. I'm not a programmatic specialist by trade; my bread and butter is search, so I tend to approach programmatic with healthy skepticsim; however, my account executive Chris Carmody and account manager Lexi Biwer are so extremely collaborative and performance-driven that they feel like an extension of my media team instead of a vendor trying to sell me on how great their platform is. If something isn't working, they call that out and they help strategize for improvements. I can always count on them to get proposals and launches accomplished on schedule even with the shortest of timelines. **What do you dislike about StackAdapt?** The platform has some cumbersome features that make navigating and executing your reports a little less user-friendly than other platforms I've worked with.
