**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

I really enjoy being able to quickly check for an answer to a question for work, usually someone has already asked and the answer is there, but if not, being able to post the question and know an anwer will present quickly makes work so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

I wish I could delete my own answer without having to request the comment to be removed.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creates efficiencies in answering questions in a timely fashion rather than spending hours searching for the information.

  ### 2. One of the best solution to document and organize knowledge, with familiar interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faizal R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

The zero onboarding experience due to familiar UI and workflows.
Ease of use and sign up.
Scoring and reputation scores, keeps a competitive edge.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

It is kind of hard to convince the team, that why they would need another stack overflow when already there is a much bigger stack overflow out there.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SInce we are doing similar kind of apps, as the previous apps, the usual errors and mistakes keeps coming up.

Since the original authors have moved on, the knowledge might be buried down in mails, slacks etc.

Which are not searchable and easily accessible.

  ### 3. Experience is an absolute delight for programmers like us!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parth A. | Software Development Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

I discovered stack overflow many years ago while working as an intern, and I began surfing the site to find solutions to my problems while developing. And I must say that I have never been disappointed by stack overflow; it has always provided me with answers to my concerns. Following that, I recommended that my friends use it for technical and programming queries.

Stack Overflow Teams is assisting me in increasing my productivity in the organisation by not wasting my time on any bug I have discovered, as there is a solution from an internal team founded by others and explanations provided for the same bug. So I didn't have to make any effort to find solutions. That would be the most beneficial aspect for the stack overflow teams.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

So far, I have not discovered any issues other than some downtime for stack overflow where their server is down. That is tolerable for a brief moment; otherwise, no dislikes!

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I previously stated, it always assists me in finding solutions to technical problems and benefits me by increasing my productivity and extending my skills to solve technical bugs and issues.

Feels like, recently, there have been frequent maintenance shutdowns.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When a solution for a problem is figured out by one of the team members, they can create an article/post about it so that other team members do not repeat the same effort. This way I have seen many of our usual issues, like build failures and cache reset, have been solved much faster than usual.

One of the best things about Stack Overflow for Teams is its ability to centralize and share knowledge within an organization. ### 16. Excellent way to grow an internal knowledge base related directly to your team's tech stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Most helpful is the ability to pose questions directly to my team members and employ their experience without needing to anonymize my question too much for potentially sensitive project information. I like that there is a daily digest that keeps me up to date with what is going on with my team and lets me see at a glance if there is anything I can contribute to.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

I can't think of anything I have disliked so far. Perhaps maybe my Stack Overflow reputation points are separate? But I'm guessing this might be an organizational setting decided on by our team leader.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us by letting all members of the organization ask, contribute to, or outright answer questions and build an internal knowledge base that can help others in the future should similar problems arise.

  ### 17. Completely changed how we collaborate

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

As an avid user of stack overflow in general, there isn't anything I dislike about Stack Overflow for Teams.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowledge sharing and redirecting colleagues to find answers to previous questions.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Our company uses this as a sort of 'wiki' for our tech teams to share knowledge about how to use and configure our product. It's easy to search, is collaborative, and can be updated easily.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

I honestly do not have anything that comes to mind that I do not like about using this product.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our product is highly customizable and highly configurable; documenting all of these features is impractical, and would be voluminous. This allows us to easily document specific customizations and features for future reference.

  ### 19. Really useful tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam M. | Solutions Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

StackO for teams is the best interface for connecting questions to the right people for answers.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Connecting problems to answers

  ### 20. Great for keeping a record of solutions to encountered problems/errors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

It's a familiar interface to every developer, and means that solutions to problems are stored in an easy-to-read, searchable format so we're not left scratching our heads trying to remember what we did to resolve a particular error message that we came up against in the past.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Nothing, it's easy to use, and free for small teams.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stack Overflow for Teams acts as our snippet-sharing tool, documentation source, lets devs ask other devs for help (either directly or indirectly) and acts as an archive of previously-beaten errors.

  ### 21. Teams is good for quick answers and documenting solution

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Good place to store ideas, steps and quick solutions otherwise would have lost in slack messages.

The idea of the solutions getting voted and knowing it can be stored, referred later is nice.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Still lot of things can be done. Stackoverflow teams falls short of being a good knowledge repository that can store and make knowledge accessible.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documenting chatter.

  ### 22. Best forum a company can have

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

It is instrumental in increasing developer productivity and enabling a forum where I can go ahead and post about anything I need answers to.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

I would love to see a better categorization not just in terms of tagging but that can be customised specifically to a company's needs.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can find answers to any questions we have almost instantaneously and that improves the productivity of everyone in the company.

  ### 23. A vast repository of knowledge

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse B. | VP of Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

All the standard stack overflow features are here. From asking questions to rating and accepting answers, however, it's more than just that in teams. You can ask questions and find solutions that are unique to your environment and processes, and it's familiar to developers everywhere.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

One of the few downsides is that clout or karma gained in teams does not transfer beyond the organization. I understand that contributions made to the team do not help the general public, but it would be nice to get at least partial or some credit on the platform as a whole. Which, in turn, could be a motivating factor in contributing there as well.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have the same onboarding questions over and over. It's nice to point new hires and new-to-the-position employees to a centralized resource that can help them become productive even quicker.

  ### 24. Good platform to search answers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad A. | Digital Specialist Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Very useful for tech-interested guys. You can find all solutions for programming or commands.
Especially engineering students like me enjoy it a lot; it gives us no alternative solution for one question.
We can also share our knowledge of the questions posted on this platform.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

A little bit complex to find the exact solution that we want to see. But if you know the question, you can easily get your answer.
They have to make UI somehow userfriendly.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making continuous efforts to solve bugs and issues.

If someone got the solution and has prior experience with that question, then he/she can post their experience.

  ### 25. Great platrom

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chloe C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

It's helpful to disseminate information for questions for our team so that these answers can be found in one platform rather than through communication over Slack

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

The user interface is a bit lacking in some ways

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SO provides a platform for Customer Success teams to ask detailed data support questions. It serves as a central repository for guidance using our data products.

  ### 26. Easier to search than slack, free t-shirt ink bled everywhere

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Notification integration with slack, searchability of questions/answers. Long-form articles are great and use markdown formatting, which we already use other places on my team. Search is great

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Originally, I felt like I would accidentally almost post things on regular stack overflow, but as I became more familiar with stack overflow for teams that has become a nonissue.

The free t-shirt I got bled orange ink everywhere on the first wash. Haven't had that happen in over a decade.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralization of company knowledge, easy to search for existing solutions to common problems instead of looking through version control or a bad search engine.

  ### 27. New way to share internal Knowledge

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

In big compaines, Knowledge sharing on one platform can be problamtic. SO for teams solves this hard bararier of sharing informaion.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

One issue I find is the ranking system to answers, ranking it based on likes can be sometime misleading but the topic filter helps with this.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

knowlege transfer.

  ### 28. For developers like me, experience is invaluable!

We have a lot of knowledge and techniques that we want to make sure everyone has access to into the future.

  ### 30. useful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

It can be very useful for large organizations with many questions about internal policies, software, or other data. Users are able to ask questions about private company information and are able to get a correct answer.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Setting up the whole thing was kind of a hassle, with certain subject matter experts needing to 'seed' many different questions at the start. This can be very time consuming.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It addresses the problems of being able to share/spread knowledge of various internal policies/tools within a large organization. We often get many people asking the same questions so this helps collate them all into one place.

  ### 31. This is a solid tool that requires some buy-in from your team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

It's a great way to keep things organized. I like that you can switch out answers to questions as your tech stack changes.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

The Q&A format can be a little tricky, because people on my team tend to write long documents and then try to force them into the correct format.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's our primary source of developer documentation. It helps us share details about niche problems.

  ### 32. A good platform for the collaboration of programmers

Great for finding help in answers to previous questions and articles. But also a good way of getting help by asking your own questions. Easy-to-use search function and overview page.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Nothing needs to be changed. So far, all looks good.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

I am a big fan of the public Stack Overflow version, and now I am glad we'll have a private version for our company. It helps reduce the necessity to answer the same questions over and over, making it much easier for new employees to get answers to common questions.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

It needs better tools for the WYSIWYG editor, especially when you try to use some existing content already formatted with HTML.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It organizes the knowledge base, e.g., all the repeated questions/answers we have in Slack, are now easy to find. It also is an excellent place to keep your articles together as a knowledge base for new employees.

  ### 37. A very familiar interface but at the same time impactful.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aishwarya I. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

That it reaches a larger crowd in the org. You could find multiple solutions. A consistent documentation to debug frequently occuring issues, especially newcomers.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

It could maybe have shortcuts to add code or normal text.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us document the usual troubleshooting steps , workarounds and steps to do something. It helps us be consistent and this reduces the time time spent on solving such issues 1-1.

  ### 38. Very useful

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Asking questions to colleges in a structured way. Before this, it was chaotic and we had to bother people personally, now we don't have to feel guilty for wasting people's time.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

It can be challenging to find exactly what I am looking for. We are a relatively small team and the chances my question ahs been asked and answered are not very high.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asking questions to colleges in a structured way. Before this, it was chaotic and we had to bother people personally, now we don't have to feel guilty for wasting people's time.

  ### 39. Perfect for small-medium companies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier G. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

It lets developers to solve questions to their team mates, and also to keep a FAQ-like documentation for common asked questions about processes and private repositories.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

It would be a feature that in the Team space you can pin some questions, or maybe create groups of solved questions to you can have a quick access to it

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Questions about private code repositories and internal flows

  ### 40. Adequate

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Familiar interface from using StackExchange sites

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Nothing that I've seen in my usage, admittedly limited

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a forum for StackExchange Inc to host a moderator-only chat site.

  ### 41. Awesome place to share knowledge with team members

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos Mario O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

We are programmers. We are used to Stack Overflow. It's a natural thing for my team and me.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

I can't think of one thing. Build good questions and answers is a matter of time.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A place where every body feels good sharing knowledge, without a learning curve.

  ### 42. Great site to consult and find the best answers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Here I have been able to find specific answers directly related to my work since we face the same problems.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

The comment related section I don't really use it.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In this particular case, I am working on the makefile. And here, I found a specific and detailed explanation.

  ### 43. Searchable localized corporate knowledge

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan B. | Senior Advanced Software Engineer (Android), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

It centralizes knowledge and and removes individuals as single points of failure for problem solving on uncommon processes and flows. We've been moving to a new VPN software and all of the pitfalls got documted in stack overflow very quickly during the limited trial period and were very useful during the staged rollout.
Search functionality for quick access to corporate knowledge is a must. Microsoft Teams, Email, Slack etc. all do this poorly. Instead of trying to remember the conversation or channel where an issue got discussed and digging through oodles of other useless but somehow semi related information to find the one answere you're looking for, Stack Overflow makes it 10X quicker and easier. So many problem solving conversations i've had ended with, lets make sure this gets asked and answered on SO in case someone else runs into it.
This solves the situation I run into all the time where I encounter a company specific problem and think "I wish I could just google the answer". I can now just search Stack Overflow.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Points for a profile. I know that it's used as an effective gatekeeping method for the public facing site, but with the amount of content and internal moderators within the company I think it would be more useful for employees to have full access out of the gate and give company moderator the ability to limit individual profiles if they are being problematic.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think I coveered this in "What do you like best?" but it solves the problem of domain knowledge being distributed througout emails, chats, posts, and old outdated confluence pages. It helps immensely with onboarding new employees who can easily ask questions to the organization about company specific workflows and when more new employees join, they can just go search SO for their questions before resorting to asking their manager.

  ### 44. It's great platform for newbies to resolve the errors they are facing.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhaval A. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Programmers prefer StackOverflow rather than Google to get technical help.
The upvote system.
There might be multiple solutions available for some questions, so this feature helps to identify the best solution.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

I don't think there is anything that couldn't attract developers.
But I found one thing that irritates the most is that image uploading for new joiners. It can't let new joiners to upload the image with the questions they are asking. And I think this is the most needed feature.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves internal issues. ie, In any organization, if a newly joined developer faced any issue, he/she has to ask multiple persons to resolve it. And most of the time they are referring to another person for a particular issue. Instead, this platform solves the physical availability of that person. If someone had faced the same issue in past, they can post it on StackOverflow with a solution. So new developers can easily find the solution without waiting for other people.

  ### 45. Helps to work better

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Demian B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

The knowledge that is shared across all the team members.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Honestly I don't know which feature can add more value to stackoverflow for teams.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some missing knowledge about any feature. The benefit is obviously the knowledge achieved, so I can be more productive.

  ### 46. A Tool with a Clear Expectation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Petrus K. | Full Stack Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

I love the fact that most people should know the format of Stack Overflow posts. The Q and A approach to knowledge sharing is very intuitive as opposed to regular documentation tools like Confluence where things become too long to read. Upvoting succinct answers and gamifying the process puts Stack Overflow at the top of my list for knowledge sharing tools. With Stack Overflow for Teams, it just becomes even more focussed. Love it!

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Mmmm... I guess my only issue is that the user interface is less intuitive than I expected. Take how long I had to search for the log out button, for instance, or the fact that I didn't know that my SO for Teams account was linked to my personal Stack Overflow account - so I kept trying to sign in to my company account with my companry email address.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick, easy ways to share knowledge without trolling through document, hoping that the secret is captured somewhere between the pages. With a succinct question and great search functionality, it just becomes more intuitive, which is what our team needs.

  ### 47. it was nice (stewy)

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven G. | Propriétaire entreprise, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

the tags. and all sorts of questions, participating in the StackOverflow community is the ability to find answers to your coding-related questions. and not only that.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

it is so hard sometimes to publish a question you need to respect a lot of criteria there is even some text and a bot to help and to put the cherry on top of the Sunday they review it lol.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

like every problem in every business but they are not alone others are aligned with stack overflow. I would say it's making more benefiting my team than benefiting me.

  ### 48. Revolutionizing our support processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

Stack Overflow for teams is giving us two solutions, firstly for us to build our knowledge base, in a single central point, and secondly a method of getting help from other teams, such as our developers.

Previously we've lost useful information in mailboxes and chats.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

There is very little to dislike. I do think we'd benefit from some reporting - who's the most active poster/viewer? We'd like to use some gamification to encourage people to post.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Too much knowledge has left with leavers, answers in mailboxes and having knowledge in a central space means that new joiners have something to reference and learn from.

  ### 49. Stack Overflow for teams is helping us document common mistakes and bugs in a single place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

The most helpful part of Stack Overflow for Teams is that it is well aligned to the public Stack Overflow where every software engineer has experience with.
This reduces the learning curve and ensures a familiar environment.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

The only thing I would like to be implemented better would be to integrate it a bit better with the public Stack Overflow. There are many times where I end up using a more generic solution from the public site while there exists one that would be more helpful in the private one.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our teams document common problems and solutions as well as product-specific bugs.
It reduces the time our team needs to come up with solution and helps with asynchronous communication across many people.
This increases our velocity

  ### 50. Great Product for team collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rona J. | Principal Support Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Stack Overflow Internal?**

We love how easy it is to use and create Q&As for our team members. The integration with Teams is a significant bonus, making accessing it easy.

**What do you dislike about Stack Overflow Internal?**

At first, it is not intuitive as an admin how to set everything up, but with a little trial and error, it works well.

**What problems is Stack Overflow Internal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our team members find answers to questions they can provide to our customers. We are more productive because it is all in one place and easy to access and search.
