I really like that is is private, secure version of Stack Overflow. It makes saving and finding answers to our specific, internal code questions incredibly easy. I thoroughly enjoy being able to find answer to previously asked questions that may be exclusive to our company. Due to us having proprietary technology these answer aren't readily available on the internet. It can sometimes be a bit difficult to find answers to previously asked questions through the search feature. I have had times when I have searched for a question and nothing came up. I find it easy to locate answers to questions which frequently arise during our team discussions. Instead of digging through old chats or bugging someone who’s busy, I can usually search and get the exact info I need. The biggest downside for me is that it only really works well if everyone actually participates. If people don’t add new information or forget to update old answers, things get outdated fast.
