There is a wide array of utilities that proved to be very useful for us from db development and analytics perspective. mentioned the few key ones :- 1. Its Execution plan analyser proved to be the best in class for efficiently reduction query troubleshooting time. 2. It significantly helped in many analtical aspects such as while doing rca for a discrepancy, SQL History feature helped us trace down the discrepancy down to the exact query and then to the faulty code. Ssms is now independent, we can install it separately on our machine to connect the SQL services like ssrs ssms ssas ssis. What problems is SSMS Tools Pack solving and how is that benefiting you? It is giving us the graphical view of SQL server. We can do the multiple thinghs graphically. We can check the database and do the multiple query analysis even we can generate the query. I like CRUD Procedure Generation because this tool generates stored procedures for CRUD on the table, SQL Snippets is one of the best, and Window Connection Coloring is my favourite.
