SSL VPS Mail gives small businesses a professional email address at their own domain without the price or complexity of a full office suite. You add your domain, copy the DNS records the dashboard shows you, and it checks each MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC record and tells you when everything is right. Then you create mailboxes like you@ and sales@, each on its own plan. Mail is read and sent in a modern webmail that works on a computer or a phone browser, with nothing to install. Incoming mail is scanned, so spam goes to its own folder and infected mail is turned away. Outgoing mail is sent through Amazon SES. The built-in AI assistant answers questions about your inbox, summarizes threads, drafts replies and can even build your signature from a photo of your business card. It never acts on its own: every send, move or change waits for your click. Pricing is simple and does not jump at renewal. Starter is $12 a year with 5 GB, Standard is $24 a year with 10 GB, and Pro is $5 a month or $60 a year with 25 GB. Every first payment for a mailbox has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
