**What do you like best about SSI?**

It is very simple to use and works well for what we need and SSI is very willing to work with us to get the stuff that we need to more efficiently operate. They are much more flexible than other software providers we work with

**What do you dislike about SSI?**

It isn't very pretty system very basic looking but it works well it just doesn't look great

**What problems is SSI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help us keep track of our assets and do it efficently

**What do you like best about SSI?**

Convinent  for business. Easy access for students materials like exams, liability foams etc...

**What do you dislike about SSI?**

No independent teaching.. to teach instructor must be affiliated to a SSI center.

**What problems is SSI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital systems

**What do you like best about SSI?**

It helps in understanding the customer experience and repeat purchase/services. Best part is SSI if effectively used will help to improve the experiences on various parameters, thus can be used as an important tool for growing the experience.

**What do you dislike about SSI?**

SSI does not gurantee increased sales success . Major downside is the negative results which arises from the SSI tool if used casually or inefectively i.e calling cuatomers rudely and asking for feedback . Also another downside is results can vary if customers are not in good mood at that particular time.

**Recommendations to others considering SSI:**

People must use SSI tool immediately after customer experience is made. The more the delay the more can be variations in the results

**What problems is SSI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real time customer experience n+1 days after delivery of product or services . Problems like score of networks and channel partners in comparison with national average score. 
Finding out issues and dissatisfaction of customers on a specific parametere like customer was not offered car parking , free wifi, delivery of car took lot of time and Water/snacks offerings at the showrooms.

The metrics used in SSI were useful and gave me action items to work towards

There was nothing as such which I disliked

I wanted to increase the quality of my connections and because of ssi and it's various metrics, I was able to do that

It was very addective cause of easy usage.

**What do you like best about SSI?**

that i can check troubleshooting steps they have given me without having to call back or messaging them again.

**What do you dislike about SSI?**

i currently haven't found any dislikes from this software.

**What problems is SSI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

from my knowlege we use it to track information of warranty and any informaion we have recived from messaging or calling detroit.
