Some of the services we use couldn’t be integrated the way we expected, especially when it came to auto-populating passwords. I like the clear structure of SSH PrivX, the easy setup, and the good documentation. The ability to record sessions is particularly helpful in case something happens, as it allows you to easily trace what occurred during the session and avoid long downtimes. I also find it very positive that there is no longer a need for manual granting of access via VPN or TeamViewer. The quick integration was also a decisive reason for our decision to choose SSH PrivX. We use PrivX for OT globally in our 30+ production sites. It provides us integration with our IAM processes and enables secure connectivity into our segregated networks. We have given role -based management into business Key Users who can pretty independently manage the vendor connectivity and track the overall actions performed in their sites. Our platform was built together with SSH and our cloud partner,, providing HA and access points regionally. The management of 2000+ users and ~700 vendors is easily manageable through our processes. RDP, VNC , Web and SSH are easily deployed and used through browser only. The setup for automating roles/hosts/connectivity through ServiceNow or similar tool will need some tinkering through the API, and requires solid partner on SN part too. Additionally PrivX's connectivity into PLC (PrivX calls this Network Access) will need underlying VPN tool & routing, which does bring need for additional planning during deployment.
