I realized that if we have multiple bot running and getting on the queue. We can do data encoding much faster though i also realized that it would be much faster to to data encoding if their is API implementation or if it is SQL Query driven. Many alternatives on the market at convoluted, difficult to use, require a lot of hands-on interaction, and struggle to remain modern from a UX perspective. Regarding the reaction to functional problems, this is something I will escalate and flag to the engineering and QA team to investigate. I know that you mention on-premises as a differentiator for you, but when the time is right, our Next Generation will be continuously updated without customers needing to upgrade all components or patches, or stop in-flight work. One of the hardest things for me about the SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation Platform is setting up—it can be very difficult, especially if you’re new to this product. Plus, it takes time to learn all the features, especially if you don’t already know things like RPA. Also, getting it to work on an older system that doesn’t have the latest tech can be a bit of a headache.
