Unlike IBM Watsonx, this platform is easy to operate and easy to create RPA bots without needing any prior experience. I was able to create an RPA bot and integrated it with our Microsoft Teams application. Our new bot using SS&C Blue Prism can create tickets in Service Now, Close them and unlock accounts. Blue Prism team has a seamless support through their Customer Support contact us option and they respond quickly. Most of our employees use the Bot through Teams daily for like unlocking accounts, requesting IT support...etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. There are many uses of this platform such as Automation, RPA bots...etc And in our use case, it is the RPA that is very much beneficial and we have replaced it with traditional Atlas Bot from Microsoft since it costs more and does less. The whole model is cloud based and very easy to implement and navigate. The best part is creating workflows which really save me a good lot of time. There are still some small problems I have faced like some features are pretty tricky to implement. The workaround or docs are not enough sometimes. There is also lack of some pretty popular languages in certain sections sections like python in Surface automation. Overall with more improved customer support they can improve further. I use this platform mostly for testing and updating dependencies of ongoing projects and servers. I have deployed test automation with pytest for Python for auto unit tests and integration tests. The platform handles all the tasks very efficiently without many errors. Troubleshooting erros is pretty convenient as well leading to less time waste and more productive workflow. For dependency management the setup is somewhat similar using pip and I have to care less about stuffs breaking the backend, So overall this platform really improved my workflow a lot, giving me more time to focus on other tasks. Firstly, this RPA bot can be integrated in to the applications we use such as ServiceNow, Teams...etc It is very easy to use, similar to Gemini and other RPA platforms. And it can also be incorporated with coding types such as C#,python,VBNET...etc In our case we used it with python so that we could automate it for tasks like ticket coding, auto typing, creating and submitting tickets. In out thorough testing, we understood that this has potential and can be used in sectors like Banking, Insurance and Health care. This can also translate the audio to text for people who have a hearing aid. I used and tested this Bot in ADP, shame that it is not available in our current Organization. I need to type the ticket data which is almost similar for all the tickets in Servicenow, this bot helps me type it automatically with one prompt. In my testing, it can evolve for each 1000 words and adapt to my style of typing. Compared to other bots, this one is faster and reliable with the data it produces/generates.
