There are many SEO tools out there, but most of them are not even affordable for my budget. Living in a country where the currency is weak against the dollar means I have to fork out more bucks, and in turn, I may end up spending three-figures every month just for a single tool. It's not until I found Squirrly where I could afford the cheapest plan. I did try the free version first, of course. One thing I like the most about Squirrly is the A.I. capability that enables me to get rid of guesswork out of my SEO optimization and research. The personalized metrics on keyword research and automated audits on my site by Squirrly are a big plus as I find them quite a hassle if I'm going to do on my own. The user interface (UI) really needs a rework. It's not as slick as other prominent tools like Ahrefs or SEO plugins like Yoast. Also, their server capability definitely needs to improve as at times, I will get the server timeout error when I do the keyword research. I don't like when I have spent a few minutes waiting for the tool to process the list of keywords and the results, only to get the error, and I have to redo the research all over again. Lastly, it would be great if the live assistant mentions the keywords that I need to add when I optimize my site content. It has by far the most amount of SEO Tools for WordPress under one Roof. It lets you do daily tasks so you can improve some posts every day. Have connectivity with Google Webmaster Tools and pulls data. The guided SEO improvement in the post editor is helpful and natural. Also, the addition of the JSON LD Data for posts is really good too. All in all, it's a powerful SEO tool that integrates so many aspects of SEO improvement, such as Keyword Research, Daily Suggestions, 14 Days WorkShop right inside WordPress, Guided SEO improvements while writing (Live), and many more. My major quirk for this tool is that it does not use native WordPress UI Elements, which makes it difficult to Navigate, also makes it look like it was not seamlessly integrated with WP. The current workflow requires you to open multiple tabs while researching keywords, which is not a correct workflow in my opinion. Also, the live guide in the post-editing interface looks like a pop-up window rather than integrated with WP Native sidebar, yes you can make it part of the sidebar from options but it will be difficult to reach due to the difficulty of positioning it correctly. It should have its own sidebar tab like many others already did (eg Yoast). Due to the current design, it is nearly impossible to work on a post while I am working on an iPad. Don't great me wrong, it's a massive and powerful utility but I think it is about time to completely redesign the interface, workflow mechanics that sit well with WordPress native platform design. Due to the complexity of the workflow and design, sometimes we can't take full advantage of the powerful capabilities of this SEO tool. I hope the creators will listen to this outreach from us. What I like the best is that it feels that this plugin is your partner or mentor in doing SEO. It throws a lot at you, and it expects a lot. However, it is always there to boost your spirits. SEO is not a short-term process, it is a long-term investment, and Squirrly realizes that and provides metrics to monitor your performance. One way it judges you is traffic. You can have all of the best on-page and off-page SEO, but if you do not get traffic, it is not worth squat. This plugin understands the purpose of why you perform SEO. If you want to optimise your website for search engines but the terminology means nothing, and you don't have the time or energy to learn several tools and try to become an 'SEO expert' whilst working flat out on developing and running your organisation and website, as well as actually getting to spend time with your family, I honestly can't see a better solution than Squirrly. - I love the ease of understanding what's on the screen and what you need to do to improve your page title or keywords to make your page stand out

- The snippets of how your site or page might appear in a search result is clutch because you will see what potential clients or customers will see, and you can adjust to make sure they see what you want to stand out

- Being able to add keywords to the briefcase is great so you can save something useful that you may want to apply later

- Sometimes it's a little confusing since I don't know all that much about SEO, so it's not always clear what you really need to focus on vs. which suggestions you might be able to ignore (example: the webmater tools - how would I know which ones I really need to add and which I don't)

I like several things about the Squirrly App. First would be the Keywork tool which works fast and does provide very useful keyword selections I would not have thought to use. Having a listing of hard-to-rank and easier-to-rank keyword phrases allows one to make progress quickly by selecting the easier search terms with good volume. Using a keyword from this list and writing an article using the Live Assistant allows the article to be optimized quickly for each keyword. This saves a lot of time. The Audit feature is amazing. It will not only give an excellent overview of your site but also point out many issues that need attention. Correcting on-site issues is a big step to improved rankings. I can't live without Squirrly. It's my go-to SEO AI consultant. It's just so easy to use, and my SEO has been killing it! Better than the fact that it provides suggestions on how to improve a site's SEO, is how it goes about showing me how to improve my page ranking. The step-by-step guide is exactly what I need, as I don't have a lot of SEO experience.

Rather than suggesting 100 things you could do to improve your ranking, which you can find anywhere online, it gives you actionable insight and a step-by-step plan. This is crucial to success, as checking off 100 boxes is not practical, and you wouldn't even know which ones are a top priority for a specific page. I need to know exactly what to do to improve a specific page's rank, not 100 tips and tricks that might improve my search engine ranking. Squirrly is perfect for this.

I was very interested in the Dev Kit they offered, which has a customizable Squirrly SEO Plugin for agencies. Overall, it's fantastic, you can turn off ads and name the plugin whatever you want. My only complaint is that it isn't 100% white label yet, unless I'm missing a setting. A user will still know that it is Squirrly's plugin. This isn't really that big of a deal, and I expect that they will continue to improve the customizable features of the plugin. It's still in development phase as far as I understand.
