It's easy to use, fast and feature-rich, with an array of features that make managing your email a breeze. The interface is clean and uncluttered, with various customisation options available. I found the filters and search capabilities to be especially helpful in managing the influx of emails I receive. I quickly organised my emails into folders and assigned labels to them for easy sorting. Squirrel mail gave our Dev team a lot of flexibility in how they laid out the pages, colors, and customizing our brands. As an open source package the price can't be beat. Due to the number of customizations our Dev team did we often times had to manually update files within each of our users directories. SquirrelMail was the most straightforward webmail interface available. Yes, it was an option for users who needed a simple interface with an easy choice to read and reply to emails.
