So far there isn't anything we don't like!

**What problems is Squid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Squid is helping us solve the problem of the “empty website bucket” for our clients. Instead of losing valuable traffic, we’re able to identify real visitors, understand their behavior, and keep the conversation going long after they leave the site. It transforms passive website visits into meaningful engagement and real opportunities for our clients.

Squid’s heatmaps and analytics are absolute game-changers. Rather than guessing how users move through a site, we can literally watch their journey—every click, scroll, hesitation, and point of interest. **What do you like best about Squid?**

The person-level identification is impressive. I can actually see who's visiting my site  with names, companies, contact details which is supercool and I can easily connect it to Hubspot and get the leads in there without making them fill out forms. Setup took literally 2 minutes. For a free tool as a starting point, it delivers real value immediately.

**What do you dislike about Squid?**

The only downside I've seen so far is if I delete someone that I don't want to track and they come back to the site, it tracks them again. But this could be a feature or setting that I may not have enabled or available on a higher plan. Other than that it's a solid product.

**What problems is Squid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Squid, I had no idea who was visiting my website. I'd see traffic numbers but couldn't act on them. Now I can identify actual companies and contacts checking out my site, see what pages they're interested in, and reach out while they're still warm. It's simple: anonymous visitors became real leads I can actually follow up with. It also helped me understand if they came from outbound efforts or strictly inbound which is huge piece of the puzzle to solve.

I enjoy the ease of setup with Squid, which allows quick utilization of its extensive possibilities, making it efficient to unlock its full potential rapidly. The quick support is invaluable as it provides not just timely assistance but also insightful recommendations for setting up more streamlined workflows. Squid's capability to accurately and swiftly provide data gives it an edge, especially in monitoring website traffic and discerning active engagements from target accounts. Additionally, being able to seamlessly integrate with tools like webhooks, Clay, Slack, and HubSpot enhances its utility and synergy within my existing workflow.

I find the support documentation lacking, especially as the tool is innovating rapidly. More comprehensive documentation would enable quicker troubleshooting and help me unlock insights I may not even know to ask about.

**What do you like best about Squid?**

I appreciate Squid for its simple onboarding and installation process, which makes it user-friendly from the start. The seamless and intuitive interface is cool and easy to use, enhancing my overall experience with the tool. I value the almost instantaneous support provided, which distinguishes Squid from other newer SaaS products where support tends to be delayed. The free plan with great tiers is a significant advantage, offering value without added costs. Squid's ability to help identify hot leads effectively and facilitate faster communication is crucial for our operations. Compared to previous tools we've used, Squid excels in delivering results by identifying website visitors, and this transition to Squid was smooth and easy, contributing to its effectiveness in our workflow. I did not even need a developer for it. Could do it myself through google tag manager.

**What do you like best about Squid?**

As a small agency, before Squid, we had no clear visibility into who was visiting our clients’ sites or what they were doing. Now we can see exactly who’s coming, what pages they’re viewing, where they came from, and when. It’s helped us refine messaging, improve conversion flows, and actually prove impact.

The VisitorID feature is huge - being able to identify visitors and take action has opened up new conversations and even added a new revenue stream for us. Clients love it and it is quickly becoming a big differentiator for us.

Support has also been excellent. Fast, thoughtful, and helpful - not just tech support, but real “how-to-get-more-value” conversations when we need it.

If you’re running an agency and want to offer real insights (not just fluff), Squid is a must-have.

**What do you dislike about Squid?**

Not really a dislike, but probably better filtering would be nice. They are constantly pushing updates - like daily. The product has been improving and just getting better. So, I hope to see better filtering soon.

**What do you like best about Squid?**

The Squid team loves what they do and they want their customers to love both the value they get out of the product as well as the experience using it. 

I have about 10 customer’s websites on Squid now so the reporting I automated was hitting my inbox 10 at a time. 

I asked them if they could create a new report for me that pulled the report data from all 10 sites into a single report delivered via just one email. 

With no hesitation, they just said “Yeah. That makes sense. We’re on it. We’ll reach out when it’s ready.”

They called a couple times over 2-3 weeks for feedback as choices came up. And then they were done. I got a text from the CEO telling me the first unified report should be in my inbox and that they took the liberty of turning off the 10 single-report automations for me. 

I got exactly what I wanted. I got it quickly. This is old school customer service from proud owners who work hard to do better every day. You can’t go wrong.

They provide an easy way to add several high demand services (that are typically far more expensive) to our agency services offering.

I love how Squid breaks down website performance in a super simple and smart way. As someone who revamps websites, it's now my go-to tool to show clients exactly what's working, what’s not, and where their website is losing potential. The VisitorID feature is next-level - I can finally see who's visiting and where they drop off. Plus, the AI-generated insights save me hours!

Honestly, I haven't encountered any significant drawbacks. The platform delivers on its promises and continues to exceed my expectations.

**What do you like best about Squid?**

The visitor ID has the highest hit rate I have come across, and I have tried multiple tools, from RB2B to etc.  The analytics and heatmaps replaced LuckyOrange and have even been top of my list over Google Analytics.  Its a go to destination for my website needs.  With  35,000 visits a month, I needed to know who was coming in, convert them, and know where to improve.  Squid is my answer.  
Easy to use and even install...it gives me a direct feed to Slack and right to my cold email system with a stop at Make...

The support is fantastic as well - I have spoken to the CEO directly, as well as the head of development.

**What do you dislike about Squid?**

Not sure yet, as I havent come across a weak point.

**What problems is Squid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned, this is replacing multiple products and adding more value than any of the others.
The ability to contact anonymous visitors is valuable, but the ease of tracking funnels and click maps/heat maps is a major help in designing
the best experience for my audience.
