The offering expanded significantly in 2024, when Squarespace completed the migration of registrations from Google Domains, bringing millions of domains onto the platform. Squarespace Domains can be used on its own or connected to a Squarespace website. Squarespace Domains provides a domain search tool with a wide selection of top-level domains — including .com, .net, and .co — alongside many niche extensions. Registrations include WHOIS privacy protection, SSL certificates, and ad-free parking pages at no extra cost, with transparent, all-inclusive pricing. Additional tools cover DNS management, domain forwarding and subdomains, tailored domain recommendations based on your site design, Domain Connect for linking existing third-party domains in a few steps, and professional email powered by Google Workspace. Squarespace Domains helps individuals and businesses find, register, and manage the web address behind their brand without hidden fees or add-on charges for standard privacy and security. Whether launching a new site, setting up branded email, or consolidating existing domains, customers use Squarespace Domains to secure and manage their online identity — as a standalone registrar or as part of Squarespace's platform.
