I am very unhappy with the lack of real-time phone support. When a critical issue happens during business hours, we can't just pick up the phone and talk to someone. We have to navigate a frustrating online support system, which can take hours or even days to get a resolution, causing significant downtime and a lot of stress for our staff. I like that I can add all my clients in a separate contact list in the app to keep them separate from my contacts. I can add all the services and customize pretty much everything. They have online booking and it keeps all my client info organized.
