I began using Weebly in 2010. Without any experience in web design, I have created and maintained a website that looks and functions great. I often get comments about how good my site looks and how easy it is to use. I can add images I create, link to other sites, and include various widgets. I now have at least eight sites built using Weebly and will continue to use it for future websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not use Square and do not intend to. I recently attempted to set up a new user with a Weebly site and accidentally selected the "online store" option, which locked them into a Square site designer. Square is awful; the web designer is significantly lacking and doesn't measure up to Weebly. It took me a week to sort things out and get them onto Weebly. Weebly does not offer what I need to manage my clients. Some of the templates are very limited. HTML skills are required to make the site more customized. Sometimes the sites load slowly or have issues with images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
