What do you like best about Square Gift Cards?

Simple user interace, asks for the key details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Square Gift Cards?

No details on when gift card will ship exactly or has been shipped.

Would not use for any gift cards planned for a future date as there is no customization, editing functionality, or useful notifications.

Group gift card experience is similarly bad. Overwrote previous contributor comments, error messages are not helpful, no guides or suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't had much trouble with Square gift cards. The only problem that I need to solve is adding a bank account since, in the last few days, it has been a problem, and the window to add my bank account does not appear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When working on an independent project, I was able to use Square Gift Cards("SGC") in order to make paying more accessible to the masses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Square Gift Cards?

When working with "Cash Only", you tend to loose patrons and potential buyers. We are living in a world where carrying cash is no longer the normal. Using SGC is the best way to provide debit and credit card users with a way to purchase your goods or service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Square Gift Cards?

Overall I haven't had too many user issues with SGC. I find that in areas with no cell service tend to make the application lag, but I have not had an issue with it not working. I suggest automatic payments, so that you do not encounter an issue in which someone goes to pay, but your SGC account is no longer valid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Square Gift Cards:

Take a look realistically at how many sales you may be loosing due to lack of pay-ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Square Gift Cards solving and how is that benefiting you?

A lot of people tend to only have their debit or credit cards these days. Having an ability to pay via card, even without a register terminal is incredibly useful for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
