I love that I can search for any business document in one location, export it, print it, whatever I am needing to do. Also the fact that you can select who has access to which folders is a great security feature. This has helped our company be 100% paper less. I use this software numerous times a day as does many in our company. Customer support has been outstanding and highly recommend. The proactive approach it allows my company to have when reviewing documents. We are in a business where we must have supporting documentation for every penny of expenditures and must have these readily avaialable for the state agencies in which we report to. The most helpful aspect of square9 is the amount of space that can be used to store files and documnetation.

The application is well organized and we use this in a number of different departments so each department may have certain access restrications and that helps keep everything nice and organized for every department.
