Provides advanced options. It can help any business manage their content. I love it for record management. It is quite customizable. It has excellent features. Tons of training available available and certifications available. Can do most things included without having to purchase additional licences but there are some paid features. Although there is role based security, some of the improvement process tools are an all or nothing kind of thing. This forces me to have to utilize IT to make any type of process improvements. Drag and drop into the software has made using it much easier. It's reasonably easy to navigate. We like being able to make notes directly on the documents so that we don't have to print, notate, scan and import like we were doing before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Square 9 Softworks? Our licenses keep locking up because the software is browser-based and our users keep closing the the browser instead of explicitly logging out. We have a lot of documents we have to keep as we work with the IRS and many state agencies. Having the document storage software saves us the physical storage that would be needed to house tens of thousands of documents. Being able to search saves us time and money.
