It made it easy for me to understand and navigate the software. **What do you dislike about SQLWorks?** The only downside I found with SQLWorks was occasional slowness in its performance, but other than that, I didn't have any significant concerns or dislikes. **Recommendations to others considering SQLWorks:** yes **What problems is SQLWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** SQLWorks was extremely helpful in assisting me with a project that required the use of SQL. We have used it for our IT support for a number of years and have always found them polite, helpful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble even when the problems have been created by ourselves! I would have no hesitation in recommending them. **What do you dislike about SQLWorks?** Small company with limited clients and contracts. It is nice that you only pay for what you use. Main software are often very diverse and the price is high for feutures you don't use. So that is very nice! **What do you dislike about SQLWorks?** The cloud backup is kind of expensive per day, it would be nice if it was monthly or yearly, it does not give clear information about the prices **What problems is SQLWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to make our business more efficient. ### 5.
