It replaces the paper whiteboard or Excel spreadsheet used at the daily shop-floor meeting with one digital board the whole team can read and update, on a PC, a tablet or a TV screen. Built for production managers, quality managers, HSE coordinators, continuous improvement leads and plant directors, SQCDP focuses on one job: making the daily tier meeting faster, clearer and easier to follow up. It is deliberately not an all-in-one Lean suite. There is no MES, no OEE module and no CMMS, just the board your team opens every morning. Key capabilities: - Monthly SQCDP board with a day-by-day calendar for each of the five axes, safety accidents and incidents, quality non-conformities, and comments per axis. - Attendance grid (departments × days) showing who took part in the daily meeting. - Configurable KPI charts (daily values, statuses, percentages, weekly trends), with 12-month trends and full history. - Kanban action plan with To do / In progress / Blocked / Done columns, owners, departments, P1–P3 priorities, due dates and filters for overdue actions or "my actions". - 5 Whys root cause analysis on deviations, generating a linked corrective action, which supports the traceability expected under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. - Daily meeting minutes: notes and decisions turned into actions, with a monthly PDF. - Morning email digest listing overdue actions and actions coming due. - PDF export of the monthly board, and read-only share links for shop-floor TV screens. - Ready-made templates for six industries (automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, chemicals, logistics), so a site is set up in about 30 seconds without an integrator or an IT project. SQCDP is priced per site, not per user: everyone at the daily meeting is included. The free Essentiel plan covers the full daily routine for one site. The Pro plan (€49 per site per month billed annually) adds unlimited history, departments and members, the morning digest, 5 Whys and meeting minutes. Every new workspace starts with a 15-day free trial of Pro, no credit card required. A Groupe plan with a consolidated multi-site view is in preparation for organizations running several plants. SQCDP is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt) and is GDPR-compliant. The interface is in French and designed for factory teams who need a simple tool they can adopt in a single morning.
