It greatly helps reduce the risk of Accounts being compromised. What stands out most, however, is that they are very quick to report on the breached data, thereby enabling prompt action. **What do you dislike about SpyCloud?** I haven't had any significant issues with SpyCloud so far. **What problems is SpyCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** These days, cyber-attacks are more prevalent than ever and staying on top of breaches to minimize their impact is essential. SpyCloud helps our clients take care of that and prevent any significant fallout. ### 2. SpyCloud G2 review **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2021 **What do you like best about SpyCloud?** - Proper API documentation and example code - Knowledgeable contacts at the organization willing to share information/code - Breach details that are not known publicly yet **What do you dislike about SpyCloud?** - API response data disorganized (data responses don't return the same fields, is depending on data available) - Limited API features (No user management, filtering of data types) - No method to close out the alerts that are processed. It still says in the portal "you have X passwords exposed" **Recommendations to others considering SpyCloud:** The data received on breaches is private, so there is minor damage (yet) which is a benefit for your employees and customers that you monitor. The API allows for a ton of automation, so use it! Also, consider analyzing the data with a Jupyter notebook for correlations and other useful insights. Like it or not, employees use a variety of third-party services and re-use passwords.
