What I like most about SpyCloud is that it displays your personal as well as organizational risk posture in a clean and easy-to-understand UI. It greatly helps reduce the risk of Accounts being compromised. What stands out most, however, is that they are very quick to report on the breached data, thereby enabling prompt action. What do you dislike about SpyCloud? - API response data disorganized (data responses don't return the same fields, is depending on data available) - Limited API features (No user management, filtering of data types) - No method to close out the alerts that are processed. Recommendations to others considering SpyCloud: The data received on breaches is private, so there is minor damage (yet) which is a benefit for your employees and customers that you monitor. The API allows for a ton of automation, so use it! Also, consider analyzing the data with a Jupyter notebook for correlations and other useful insights. It expands your visibility of compromised user passwords beyond your own systems and applications. Like it or not, employees use a variety of third-party services and re-use passwords.
