For very few particular customers, the requirements of certain fields become too detailed. I like that there's always a representative on hand if we have any issues with SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI. The chat and call functions work well, especially when we have an urgent issue. It helps us catch purchase orders that are entered in the incorrect quantity fast and provides a quick workaround when there might be a mistake.
